Director:
Neil Degroot
Stars:
Alison Sweeney (Host)
Jillian Michaels (ll) (Black Team Trainer)
Kim Lyons (Red Team Trainer)
Bob Harper (Blue Team Trainer)
  • After Kim's "treatment" of her the previous week, Amy opted to train with Jillian instead. edit »
  • Kae did not participate in the Temptation because she thought it was degrading and also she was trying to lose weight, not gain it. edit »
  • Jez won the temptation, so he was allowed to pick the new teams. They would consist of 4 teams of 3 people. This got rid of the red, blue and black teams, as well as exemption for being biggest loser. edit »
  • In the last episode, Kim threatened her team if they came to a tie and allowed another team to choose who was eliminated. This happened and Phil - the team's strongest player - was eliminated.

However, this episode begins with the Temptation and there is no follow-up to Kim's reaction at the vote coming to a tie and Phil being removed from the game. edit »
  • Before the weigh-in, Neil drank 2 gallons of water. His plan was to intentionally throw away the weigh-in, so his "former" team mates would vote off a member on his team that came from the black team. Ultimately, Jez is eliminated.

Neil gains a whopping 17 pounds this week, which is also the most weight gained throughout the series. edit »
