Tom Hanks: He's unflappable, he honestly is. I've never seen Ron– I've seen Ron get angry at something not being done right, but never to the point that it stops work. He doesn't throw temper tantrums, never that I've seen… It all runs pretty well because he's done his homework, and at those times that the intangible things come up, he doesn't allow it to faze him. edit »
