The song in the closing scene was "Breathe Me" by SIA.
(edit) The pilot was originally filmed with Nicky Katt as Inspector Sean Cole. However, in a test screening the audiences didn't like him, and the pilot was reshot with Rob Estes in the role. (edit)

(talking about a suspect)
Inspector Sean Cole: Can you prove it?
Dr. Sol Goldman: Hmm (holds up a piece of paper with a clock that is numbered only on the left side) (edit) Bishop: Fallon Street's up this way. My brother use to live a few blocks over.
Cole: He get a parole yet?
Bishop: Couple of weeks.
Cole: Good. I'll turn my LoJack back on.
(edit) Cole: Records says Nordin lives in one of these vans.
Bishop: No bathroom, no living room, but the views are fantastic! (edit) Bishop: (to Cole) I know that look. Either you're thinking something or you've gotta go to the bathroom real bad. (edit) Junkie: (to person offscreen, after purchasing a falsified drug prescription) Thanks, Doctor V. (edit)

Possible goof:
The finger of Bishop was cut off, brought to evidence analyzed about the cutting edges and then reattached? This process would have needed some amount of time, so the finger might already have been dead. (edit) The finger with a ring attached shown at the beginning of the show as "evidence" in the case turned out to be Bishop's finger. He bought the ring from a street vendor. (edit)

PilotSuperb "Pilot episode" The reason I believe this show has become a trendsetter is for the simple reason that it allows you to see all the evidence before hand so that all of us watching can try to figure it all out by the time they do. Continue » Posted Mar 25, 2006 7:47 am PST |
