The bad guys try to kill Ralph by pushing up the "PSI launching power" of the cannon he is being launched out of. Ralph is thrown right through the top of the tent.

Ralph gets to walk around openly while wearing the suit... After all, it IS a circus. Even his class sees him in it!

Bill keeps on wrecking FBI vehicles, and they decide to assign him a VW Beetle that gets sat on by an elephant.
