Notes

add »
Viper's real name is Jerome. (edit)
The word "agenda" is said six times in this episode. (edit)
Look Hard:

1 . While the website is loading, it says "Did you see Matrix? Matrix good. Sequel not too good."
2. On the Shnissugah website, you see an ad for "Harum Scarum" the Halloween game for Billy and Mandy on CartoonNetwork.com
3. You see an ad for Irwin dressed as a turtle from the Halloween episode, saying "Click here to see Turtle Boy Dance"
4. www.shnissugah.com is a real website, it is the same thing as what is in the episode. (edit)
Look Hard:

When Grim reboots the computer for the second time, you can read "Did you know that Billy and Mandy started as Internet cartoons? Well, they didn't". (edit)
Look Hard: One CIA agent has the same appearance, but in different scenes, his voice changes. (edit)

Quotes

add »
Viper: Agenda! (dramatic background and appears and dramatic music plays)
Wiggly: Stop it! Okay! New club rule! from now on, i am the only one who can say the word "agenda"! (dramatic background and appears and dramatic music plays) (edit)
CIA Agent: Leeky Collon, you are wanted by the US Government. Please pull over immediately.
Leeky Collon: No!
CIA Agent: Darn it, that usually works. (edit)
Wiggly: Combine the power of the Internet and the Underworld.
Grim: You mind not breathing all over me, man? (edit)
Wiggly: This might be shocking, but we aren't popular.
(Mandy's face appears)
Wiggly: I know, shocking. (edit)
Billy: (as a Junior CIA agent) Well, well, well. How the mighty have fallen. Isn't that right, Irwin? A.k.a. Jimmy the Jackal, a.k.a. Mr. Magic Mutton Chops, a.k.a. Debbie? So you thought you could threaten the world's macrame factories with your quality macrame potholders raising enough money to buy your own space laser, pointing into people's eyes, causing retinal damages, so everyone could wear glasses just like you! (draws a deep breath) But you've failed.
Irwin: How did you know?
Billy: We had someone on the inside.
(A male CIA agent is shown wearing school girl's clothes)
Irwin: Tammy? But I was gonna ask you out next week.
CIA Agent: Gag me with a spoon. Like I would've gone out with you. (edit)

Trivia

add »
Notice in one scene Wiggly said Mandy couldn't leave. The three snake nerds did their dance, just before Cobra appeared at the door. And after the dance, Cobra appears at the door. (edit)
Whenever someone says the word "agenda", a special background appears behind the person who said it. When Wiggly says the word "agenda" the last time, there isn't a background that appears behind him. (edit)

Allusions

add »
When the CIA is chasing the man in the speedboat, they go between two boats slowly being pushed together. This could be a reference to the speedboat chase in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. (edit)
Grim: "...and the stupid Red Barron keeps shooting up the place!"

This is a joke about Snoopy and the Red Baron from the "Peanuts" cartoon. (edit)
King Cobra: (singing)
Cobra's singing is a parody of Bob Dylan. (edit)
