David leaves the plant and sees two aliens working on a power cable. Its surprising that they would do this while David, or any human for that matter, would be able to see them, considering the covert nature of the alien operation overall and the strange sight of the workers apparently electrocuting themselves without harm.
(edit)
Here is another missed opportunity. During the fight with the aliens over the file, Tate knocks down one of them with a stool before it can shoot David. A moment later the alien recovers and shoots Tate on the ladder. Had Tate taken the weapon, the disarmed alien would have been less of a threat, Tate wouldn't have been killed, and David would have had solid evidence of the alien presence on Earth.
(edit)
The sedan collides with the truck several times. As the truck runs off the road the passenger side of the sedan can be seen and there is no damage. A moment later, as the sedan stops, the right front door is badly caved in.
(edit)
The narrator states that the location of this episode is Oregon, yet the landscape, especially the beach, is that of southern California.
(edit)
The big iron gate that Tate closes and padlocks during his escape would seem to be archaic and out of place in a modern industrial plant.
