The world is not a happy place. That's according to Dr.Chris Cooper (K). He and his team of scientists Alice (B), Simon (M) and Baxter (S) are working on a new drug that will cure depression. When they try it on the depressed old lady Mrs.Hurdicure (S) it works and makes her happy.
Meanwhile, at Roritor Drug Company, Don Roritor (M) has just found out that if he doesn't find a new drug soon they'll close down the company. So he sends this right hand man Marv (D) to find scientists with new drugs. One makes a drug that gives worms to ex-girlfriends (B). Another makes a pill like Stummies (Roritor's last success) only bigger. And with flipper babies (S).
When Marv gets Chris, Roritor asks him if the drug is ready or not. If not, they'll shut down his lab. So he tells them they drug is ready. The scientists think it needs more testing and it isn't ready. Meanwhile, Chris gets down to buisness to making a name for the drug with hot-shot cool jerk Cisco (B). The name:Gleemonex.
Soon Gleemonex is #1 on Drug Weekly and beets Penecillin! So Roritor makes it non-perscription. Then they get coustomers like rock god Grivo (B) who takes the drug and gives us a taste of Happiness Pie. Also Wally Terzynski (S) a man in denial of being gay.
Gleemonex is on top of the game. Until Alice finds out that people who take the drug start getting comas. At first Chris doesn't belive her and sees that Mrs.Hurdicure had gone into a coma. So he turns to Don who won't tell the media. Will he get to the media? Maybe, maybe not!

Mark's character, Don Roritor, is a send-up of KITH's boss, Lorne Michaels who, ironically, produced "Brain Candy".
(edit)
Brendan Frasier has a cameo as a Gleemonex test patient who won't open his mouth resulting to Simon forcing it in.
(edit)
Dave was the only Kid to not have a female character.
(edit)
Dave didn't write any of Brain Candy. He was busy with "The Wrong Guy"
(edit)
It was originally called "The Drug" but Scott hated the title.
