edit » - Kizzy Randle broke down and admitted to making up her story after she failed her polygraph test. But it is because of Deep that she took it in the first place. He "researched" the issue and found old cases that admitted polygraph tests. But, the California Supreme Court just ruled this year that polygraph tests are not admissible in civil cases. edit »
- This week's episode was the first to feature a case that was decided by a jury. edit »
- Jack Trimarco, the famous polygraph expert (hosted the Court TV show "Fake Out"), makes an appearance in this episode to administer Kitty Randle's polygraph test. edit »

- Roy Black: It is with a heavy heart that I say, "The verdict is in......and Keith, you are out." edit »
- Olivier(during dismissal): It's what you know...
Michael: It doesn't matter what we know
Olivier: Of course it matters! It's all about what you know! edit » - Keith During a confrontation in dismissal: So if you only perjure briefly, it's okay?
Michael Outraged: Perjure? How is that perjury? You brought it up as if it were the truth! edit » - Roy Black(asking Aileen about her reading a statement she knew was false to the jury): Isn't that at the very least extremely shaky ground? edit »
- Roy Black Asking Keith about him and his team: If I have to dismiss one of you three, who should it be?
Keith: I mean, if this case was lost because the rebuttal in closing argument failed to do that which the rest of the case could not do, then so be it. Then I should go. edit »
