Lucy takes a temp job as a process server for an attorney's office. She must serve poor Mr. Mooney with a subpoena. As he's leaving on vacation, she chases him to a train station, then his stateroom on board an ocean liner. The ship leaves port before the redhead can disembark, trapping the two together for a month!
