This episode has the final appearance of an original Moesha character, Hakeem, played by the late Lamont Bentley. Rumor had it it that this episode would provide us with a resolution to the cliffhanger from the Moesha series finale but no avail.

After this episode, this was the last time the series did ever mentioned about "Moesha" for good. and the solve to the cliffhanger would never be resolved at all.

Lamont Bentley reprises his role from Moesha. Many people assumed that Bentley's appearance in this episode as Hakeem would finally resolve the mystery of Moesha's cliff-hanger but, once again, to no avail.

The Road Trip plot is recycled from an episode of I Love Lucy with the same guy doing everything in town.
