1. So Long UPN... | 08/12/2006 10:57am
After messing up on its dramas and a few comedies, UPN is shutting down.

Here are the few wrong things that UPN did:

- Not renewing Kevin Hill, here's the website: www.petitiononline.com/hill05

- Discontinuing Moesha, Malcolm and Eddie, and Eve in the wrong time.

- Getting rid of Jill Marie Jones and Khalil Khan from Girlfriends after season 6.

- Made the Parkers series finale too rude and too compressed, but unfortunately, the critics loved the series finale.

Any arguments?

which episode was the one were there was a guy that went to the school that nikki/kim went too with long hair and i think he had a unibrow (there was something theyd always talk about him for i think that was it) then there was a contest of some sort (i think it was one of those "show off how hott you look" type contests) and the guy i spoke of was in it but this time his unibrow was gone he had a haircut and looked extremely different (and i few of em even though he was attractive lol).

anyone know what episode that was

The name of that episode is "The Boomerang Effect." It's from season 1.

Well, the series finale was overcompressed and overrude, but unfortunately, the critics loved the series finale.

Ok sure UPN make some mistakes in taking off shows that was good. but then they take some off that wasn't half BAD either. theres alot more i want to say but i don't want to get to deep with this.

1.Yes not renewing KEVIN HILL was a bad move. but if they were going to make a MALE verison of ALLY MCBEAL. then was not make it in a URBAN style kind of way. it would have been more REAL.

2. DISCONTINUING Moesha, Malcolm & Eddie, Half & Half & Eve in the WRONG time. which is why all the NEW comedies they order got mostly low RATING. the thing that lost me with UPN is. did they want any of those EARLY shows they had on at the time. or just trying them out until some PRODUCER. bring them another new SHOW.

3. NEVER cared for GIRLFRIENDS it look like a watered down verison of LIVING SINGLE

4. THE PARKERS was only good to me. when it came on with MOESHA the series finale was rushed & forced. i was like WHO'S THE BOSS didn't end this way. so why change that IDEA
