Strategic bombing missions targeting Rommel's last harbor on the North African coast prove to be useless after the Germans begin forcing 5000 Allied POWs to repair the damage. Allied High Command decides that the only solution is to order the Rat Patrol to liberate the POWs and evacuate them by sea.
