In the scene where Vic and Shane chase a witness of the cop murders and Vic jumps him you can see that somebody is standing to Vic's left, although Shane is behind him. It's probably the cameraman filming the close-up shots of the witness. edit »
In the scene where Vic is holding a gun to Gilroy's head you can see the microphone above them and a cameraman on the left side of the screen, if you watch closely. edit »
You can see a few of the needles are glued onto the skin instead of being injected. edit »
If you watch frame by frame on the Season 1 DVD, on the part where Vic stabs the shooter with the badge pin, from the time it goes in to the point where it's filly in, it's two different shots. The Badge has different lighting on it from one point to the next. edit »

Some deleted scenes from this episode included Danny & Julien coming to the aid of a heart attack victim, only to be scared by some kids throwing lightbulbs out of a window that sounded like gunfire. edit »
The title is to suggest that everything has come full circle for the characters and Farmington as a whole. Hence, all the things that Vic did throughout the season cost him his family. edit »

Betty: Well, this is an emergency to me.
Danny: (open the pill bottle) How many?

Vic: Alright slappy, you start talking!
Witness: Sup man, I didn't do nothin!
Vic: Alright! Fine! You're not a witness... (Pulls crack out of pocket and plants it on witess) you're an arrest! This here's just enough to make you a trafficker!
Witness: Hey you can't do that man!
