Usually I watch the whole season and special features disk by disk, then after i've watched them all I rewatch them with commentary. Usually takes less than a week lol.
Plus, I'm constantly rewatching the dvds and If i feel i've rewatched an episode too much, I'll watch it with commentary instead.
It's the only show I listen to the commentaries with, though, all other shows are so boring in that respect.

I usually watch the episode first, then again with commentary. I hope George Meyer will be back for Season 11. He's great on the Season 10 commentaries.
