Lisa: What's going on out there?
Marge: Oh, go back to sleep, it's just a mob war.
(The Short Japanese Man crashes through the window)
Short Japanese Man: Forgiv-a-ness please!? (edit) Fat Tony: Sorry we're late. Could we have the money now?
Marge: The answer… is no.
Fat Tony: I'm afraid I must insist. You see, my wife, she has been most vocal on the subject of the pretzel monies. "Where's the money? "When are you going to get the money?" "Why aren't you getting the money now?" And so on. (edit) Fat Tony: You have 24 hours to give us our money. And to show you we're serious… you have 12 hours. (edit) Helen: I don't understand why they won't unload our falafel fixings.
Lou: Ship's impounded, Ma'am.
Wiggum: Yeah, we, uh, found a couple of barnacles on the hull; that and, uh, the deck was, uh, wet. (edit) Homer: Marge needs help… and God knows I'm not the man to provide it. But I know who can! (edit)

As Marge is approaching the Fleet-a-Pita bus, you can see Mindy Simmons in the crowd at the nuclear plant (a co-worker of Homer's that he becomes attracted to). But in episode #106, Another Simpsons Clip Show, Marge asks Homer whatever happened to her and he says that Mindy became an alcoholic and got fired. To which Marge uncharacteristically responds to with, "Oh...good".
(edit)
Investo the Robot says ''Danger! Danger!'' like the robot from Lost In Space.
(edit)
Disco Stu's stand is called ''Disco Stu's Can't Stop The Learnin' Disco Acadamies''.
(edit)
Marge keeps her checkbook in her hair
(edit)
At the frame-nudging stand, the crooked picture is of a sad clown, while the straight picture is of a happy clown.
(edit)
Homer asks Marge about what they are going to do, and Marge says, "We're going to do what we do everyday. We're going to make pretzels!"
Marge's response is similar to that of the ending to almost every episode of Pinky and the Brain, when Pinky asks Brain, "What are we going to do tomorrow night?" and Brain replies, "The same thing we do every night, Pinky. Try to take over the world!" (edit) Disco Stu's Can't Stop the Learnin' Disco Academies is a reference to the 1980's disco film "Can't Stop the Music" starring the Village People. The typeface on his sign is even the same as the movie poster. (edit) The Grapes of Wrath:
The Pretzel Guy's speach, "Wherever a young mother is ignorant of what to feed her baby, you'll be there. Wherever nacho penetration is less than total, you'll be there. Wherever a Bavarian is not quite full, you will be there", is similar to Tom Joad's speech in The Grapes of Wrath. (edit) :
Among the names of Cletus' 26 kids are Rumor, Scout and Q-bert. Rumor and Scout are the names of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's children and Q-bert is the name of an old 1980s video game. (edit)
