In "Jimmy's Mountain" (Episode 26) there's a reference to "ER" as the fictional television show that it is, which would make the main story line of this episode both illogical and impossible, not to mention the incongruity that both Michael Beach and Lisa Vidal made frequent guest appearances on "ER" as Al Boulet and Sandy Lopez, respectively.
