When Percy first passes the shed when Sir Handel and Peter Sam arrive, he's pulling regular trucks and a brake van. But when he is seen coming back in reverse, look closely and you can see a tar wagon in the train. edit »
In the shot where Sir Handel derails, if you look carefully you can see a small rod sticking up from the tracks which obviously is used to make him come off. At the very moment when he does actually come off it is very easy to see. edit »

Sir Handel: What a small shed. This won't do at all! We're much too smart for this old shack.
Peter Sam: I think it's nice.
Sir Handel: Hmph! What's that rubbish?
Peter Sam: Shhh! That's Skarloey! He's famous! (To Skarloey, but quietly.) I'm sorry, Skarloey. Sir Handel's upset now, but he's quite nice, really. edit »
Sir Handel: Whatever next?! Those aren't coaches, they're cattle trucks!
Coaches: Whoo! What a horrid engine!
