Life on Mars. That show was a slam dunk and they completely buggered it up.

Skins is one really bad one...there was no need to change anything. Camelot looks really bad as well, apparently it's the US version of Merlin....what's wrong with our UK one??

    I don't think I've ever seen a good one.

Problem is, they see these shows getting viewers in other countries and being popular on channels tha import them, so they buy the rights, then think 'how can we americanise this?'. If they paid attention, they'd see it's the non-americanised versions that are popular BECAUSE they're different.

I mean come on... Shameless? The first episode was a shot-for-shot remake of the first one in the UK. If that's what you're going to do, just show the proper series!

All In The Family, Three's Company, Too Close For Comfort and Sanford and Son did pretty well as well as a number of reality and game shows such as Dancing With The Stars and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

As for worst, I'd go with Coupling.

I agree with the Coupling, that was very bad. My biggest dissappointment was that the US IT Crowd never got past the pilot.
