Val and Earl, eager to set their sights higher, plan to leave the small town known as Perfection. Their attempt to leave gets interrupted, however, when they find victims of disturbing murders. Even worse, they discover it's the work of strange underground monsters, ready to attack anything that moves or makes the slightest sound. Now the monsters have made their way into Perfection, putting the townspeople on their menu.
