I agree. I have noticed this error also when I have tried to look at the forums from my board profile and TV.com needs to fix this because these errors have been happening since Halloween and it's very annoying. I think if this problem is fixed it would be a wonderful Christmas gift to us from TV.Com,

I also got this problem, can't do much on tv.com without this error.
It started for me after they updated the site to "the new look"

I hope they fix this soon!

    Cheers

Hmm, weird... For me it's only when I'm logged in. If I log out there seem to be no problem. :/

Exactly. I've been whining about this for months, but before the facelift only the articles were unreadable if I was logged on. But now? It's a disaster. I'm 100% sure that they are using commercials according to IP address, and that piece of crap can't do anything with IP addresses outside of the USA. Also since they are mostly using this site from within the USA, the don't give a frying fcuk.

This is what I've got when I asked it:

Looking into this, thanks for the heads-up.

    So no, they don't care.

Yes I to can read anything when Im logged out. But I want to comment, rate TV-shows and participate in the forums(other than this one) but I cant.
They claim to be working on it, but Im starting to doubt that. Too much time has gone be and nothing.
This looks like my last post here, I cant see a reason to come back
    So goodbye.

    Well Well Well,

It looks like TV.com finally fixed this problem for us and I was able to access the board forums from my page starting today. What a great surprise for us and a great way to begin the new year,

I've been patient for what feels like an eternity. I think it's time I started looking at other sites, 'cause this sucks! I get this 500-error all the time. How is it possible noone fixes it?! Not much point in having a site if people can't use it...

We are looking at this issue and it's been difficult to track down a fix, which is why it's been taking so long. Sorry about this. Please know that we're aware of this and are working on it.

They won't. It's because the crappy US IP based advertising, and it's their money. They don't care if people outside of US can't use it.
