    Hi there,

    I've been trying to reset my password but when I use the reset password form and get the subsequent email, there is no link for my to change my password. Here is the exact email I keep receiving:

    =============================================

    Greetings, TV fan! Has anyone told you how nice you look today?

    Our highly trained email robots have just received word that you need to reset your password; don't worry, it happens to the best of us.

    Please click the link below (or copy and paste the URL into your browser) to reset your password:

    The link above will self-destruct (read: expire) exactly 24 hours after this email was sent.

    Thanks,
    The TV.com Team

    =============================================

    Notice the email has no URL to click or copy. I have read the email in outlook and on yahoo's webmail app, neither are blocking links in the message. This account (temporaryuser77) is one I just made so I can post in the forum because I can't log into my account. My main account's username is "binhqx." I didn't want to post my email on here, but I can PM you the exact email if needed.

    Thanks!

    I had an issue like that for last year. Try to have your password with a number in it. I did and it worked out for me.

    But how did you log into your account to change it to a password containing a number? My reset/change password email doesn't have the URL.

    Thanks!

    You can send an email to Support@tv.com. That is the TV.Com customer service email address. They should be able to help you with the problem. Include all the information in this post (or link to it) so they know exactly what's going on. I hope this help.
