    As usual I filled it in but for some reason its buttons don't work : Send Message, Preview and Check Spelling. To sum things up, messages can't be sent.

    What browser are you using? Does this issue still happen if you're using a different browser? Also, try logging out and logging back in before checking your PMs again.
