    I have been getting a message at the top of the home page indicating the above noted problem. I have up graded my Windows internet explorer 8, and am still receiving the message. Itis preventing me from updating my shows, ratings etc. Any suggestions ?

    Clear your browser history completely as well as your cache and check whether the message persists. Also, you could try another browser like Firefox?
