Taila: What should I do? Should I intervene?

She closes her eyes and runs out.

Taila: H-Hey! Knock it off!

Nao: (uses flash steps to avoid the wall and draws her zanpakutou) H-hey, why do you want me dead? You weren't even involved in what happened!

Mamoru: (appears behind Daisuke, her zanpakutou at his neck) Back away form my lieutenant Daisuke, or else!

Nao: Captain Ukiyo.

Daisuke: Stay out of this.... both of you! (Turns to Nao) She has to be punished! And I'll be the one to deliver judgement! Penetrate, Kabyimaru! (The Zanpakuto shoots out razor sharp shards in the form of diamonds at Nao)

Taila: Drown, Mizu Otome!

Water is sucked out a pond and blocks the crystals.

Taila: Someone, send a Hell Butterfly! Call my brother, a Captain, someone!

Akarira is walking and hears the commotion.

Akarira: What?

Nao: (uses flash steps to avoid it) C-captain Daisuke...

Mamoru: (appears in front of Daisuke in a flash and quickly slashes him deep in the chest) Like I said before, no on, and I man NO ON attacks my division!

Daisuke: ARGH.... (His body turns into a crystal and shatter, Daisuke appears behind Mamoru, and blasts her with the diamond shards) Stay out of this, Mamoru. You of all people know, the laws of the Soul Reapers. A mission must be accomplished no matter what the situation.

Mamoru: (dodges shards,with flash steps, kicks Daisuke to the ground, and holds him down with her foot with her sword pointed at his neck) I don;t care about any of that! I gave Nao a second chance, and as long as she's mi lieutenant I won;t let you harm her!

Nao: Captain Ukiyo...

(Crosses Mamoru's leg and trips her, and crystals emerge from the ground, trapping Mamoru's arms and legs)

Daisuke: (Puts his Zanpakuto against her neck, slowly pressing against it and as blood starts to ooze out) There are NO second chances, Mamoru. (Turns to Nao and walks closer towards her) If you weren't ready to follow the laws of Soul Reapers, why did you choose to become a member of the Thirteen Court Guards?

Nao: I... I did what I did to protect my squad. I didn't know that it would lead to what it did!

Mamoru: (lifts her sword the best she can at Daisuke's face) Descend, Suishoutsubasa! (releases a blast of light)

Taila begins to shake and runs foward, stabbing Daisuke in the knee.

Taila: Stop it! We're comerades aren't we?!

Akarira: Indeed.

She appears and glares.

Akarira: One more move and I'm reporting this to the Head Captain.

Daisuke: (Easily kicks Talia against the wall and uses flash step to dodge Mamoru's attack, suddenly Daisuke's loses focus and the crystals release Mamoru) I'm doing what must be done to maintain order! If she's allowed to live more people will decide to abuse the rules as well! THERE MUST BE CONSEQUENCES!

Mamoru: (gets up and raises her zanpakutou, but then sheathes it) This fight is pointless and I',m not going to have the Head Captain mad at me for a stupid fight. Nao may have broken the rules which lead to what happened, but your breaking an even bigger rule by attacking a fellow Soul Reaper, so you have no room to talk about rules. (turns) Nao, lets go. If Daisuke tries anything again, you have my permission to cut him into ribbons. (starts to walk away)

Nao: Y-yes ma'am. (follows Mamoru)

Background Info: Born with his sister in Rukongai without names or homes, they grew up together and entered Soul Reaper academy, becoming the Lieutenant and Captain of Squad 3. Even though he is older, he is weaker than his sisiter, but supports heranyway.

Bankai/Shikai: His shikai takes the form a bladed boomerang that returns to his hand after being thrown. It can also control wind currents to change its path, but he is still working on it.

Tsuki runs and hears the commotion.

Tsuki: That's close to the Captains' Quarters...sis?!

Akarira: Last warning Daisuke! Don't make me use my Shikai!

Daisuke: (Sheaths his sword) This isn't over yet. (Walks off) Judgement shall come.

Nao: Captain Ukiyo, I-

Mamoru: If your about to say something like I shouldn't have interfered, just shut up now. What happened when you were on the Punishment force did result in the squad member's deaths and the Hollow that caused it did escape, but you didn;t know that all of that was going to happen.

Nao: But-

Mamoru: But nothing, you did what you though was right. If Daisuke and Squad 2 want to hate you for it, let them. But as long as your a part of Squad 10, you don't have to worry about that. Got it.

Nao: (sighs) Yes ma'am.

Talia: Thank goodness that's over...

Tsuki: Sir!

He runs over and slides to a stop.

Tsuki: Is everything okay?!

Taila: Yeah...no need to worry.

Tsuki: Thank goodness! Oh, how did the Captain meeting go?

Talia: I'll...tell you later.

Akarira: Stupid.

She vanishes.

(At the Rukongai district)

Takuya: Wow, this place is completely deserted!

Hiro: Stay focused on what we were sent here to do. (Stares at the sky) *Thought* Did a Garganta appear here as well?

Imari: (To Mamoru) So, that's what happened? He tried to kill your Lieutenant?

Mamoru: Yep, I know Nao caused the deaths of the members of the Punishment Force who were with her, but she had no idea that would happen. She was trying to protect them from a high-level Hollow. If Daisuke tries hurting her again, I will make him regret it.

Imari: I guess, you don't know then. I thought you already knew, during that mission which Nao was blamed for... one of the squad member that was killed... was Daisuke's brother.
