1. TV.com Technical Support Guidelines | 01/30/2007 7:53pm

The purpose of the TV.com Technical Support forum is for discussion of website and customer service issues only. All other topics that are not in affiliation with TV.com, such as; your personal PC hardware issues as everything else will NOT be answered in this forum.

Read the following guidelines to ensure that you are posting in the correct forum:

BUG/GLITCH : A bug is an error, flaw, mistake, failure, or fault found on TV.com that prevents it from working correctly or produces an incorrect result. If this is your problem then post your question in the TV.com Technical Support forum.

ENHANCEMENT: An improvement of an existing TV.com component or feature. Visit the Site Enhancements & Feedback forum.

FIXES & FEATURES LIST: In an effort to keep everyone informed of what bugs/fixes/features are confirmed as being completed, MissRibs is going to keep this updated list here (instead of trying to follow all bug/fix threads and reply to all of them). This will also hopefully keep the number of duplicated threads to a minimum.

HOW-TO: If you have a question on how to use the site, this is not the forum to post your question. Please visit the Welcome New Users forum.
