Alan: Charlie, let's go. This woman is clearly a lunatic.
Charlie: Yeah, but look at the passion, the fire... the ass! (edit) (Alan is scooping pancakes onto Frankie's plate)
Frankie: Man, deep tissue massage, pancakes, ... if you had a TV on your forehead and could breathe through your ears, you'd be perfect. (edit) (Frankie throws a lot of pills out the car window)
Alan: Isn't that dangerous?
Frankie: For who, the racoons? They can't get past the childproof tops. (edit) Charlie: Why are you destroying your psychiatrist's car?
Frankie: He told me I had anger management issues.
(She smashes the car window with a baseball bat)
Charlie: The quack.
Frankie: Then he hit on me.
Charlie: The horny quack. (edit) Frankie: Hey Charlie!
Charlie: Yeah.
Frankie: I think you're a really cool guy.
Charlie: Yeah?
Frankie: But I'm not gonna have sex with you.
Charlie (after thinking a while): Ever?!
Frankie: Good night Charlie.
Charlie: Good night. (closes the door) Ok, round one with the hot crazy chick. (edit)

The license plate on the car that Jenna Elfman destroys is 2GAT123, a standard fake plate number akin to 555 exchanges for telephone numbers.
(edit)
When Jenna is smashing her psychiatrist's car and she breaks the taillight. A few shots later she breaks the back window and you can clearly see that the tail light is fixed again magically.
(edit)
Notice how when Charlie and Alan leave the dentist's office Alan's voice is still funny from having his wisdom teeth pulled. It remains that way even in the car. Yet, moments later when Judith comes to pick up Jake, Alan's voice is magically better. It seems very unlikely that he would feel better that fast.
(edit)
When Charlie and Alan are in the garage talking, Charlie's back is turned to the car and in the background you can see that the side window of the psychiatrist's car is already broken, but we don't see it get broken until the next scene Frankie when breaks the glass with a bat.
(edit)
Frankie says, "how come Mush Mouth gets shotgun?" referring to a character from the 70's cartoon Fat Albert, where one of the main characters has a speech impediment.
(edit)
During a picnic Alan asks Elfman's character, Frankie, if she's ever been married. She says she was but his parents never really approved of her, referring to Elfman's character Dharma, on ABC's Dharma & Greg.
