Thirty million years ago these warriors were said to have defended the Earth from terrible invaders.
Besides his incredible size and accompanying strength, Ultraman Tiga has a number of other powers.
Foremost among these is his ability to change form. His main form is the three colored MULTI TYPE. When he needs extra speed and maneuvering ability Ultraman Tiga transforms into the blue and silver SKY TYPE.
For added power against formidable enemies he transforms into the red and silver POWER TYPE.
In the MULTI TYPE mode Tiga's main weapon is the Zepelion Beam, a powerful ray the hero fires by crossing his arms in an "L" shape.
As the SKY TYPE, Tiga's main weapon is the Lambolt Power Arrow which he releases from his right hand.
In his POWER TYPE form, Tiga can use the Derasium Energy Ball a ball of glowing red Derasium plasma energy hot enough to vaporize almost any known substance.
In addition, Ultraman Tiga can fly at speeds exceeding Mach 5, jump more than 800 meters, run over land at more than Mach 1.5 as well as travel through water and even underground.
The hero's only weakness is that he can maintain his gigantic form only three minutes.
When Ultraman Tiga's energy level becomes low the warning light, known as the Color Timer, on his chest turns from blue to red and begins to blink. If this light stops completely Ultraman Tiga will never rise again.
Ultraman Tiga's origins are shrouded in mystery. A message locked in a transmitting device which came to Earth from deep space encased in a flaming meteor told of the ancient Ultraman of a land called Tiga.

World of the Dinosaurs
Shortly after uncovering what appears to be a perfectly preserved dinosaur underground, a UFO appears in the sky declaring man should surrender. Soon the creature revives and begins a rampage surving the "aliens" who declare they will continue the attack until we submit. One of the aliens is captured and it is revealed they and decendants of dinosaurs who ruled the earth millions of years before man. Can Ultraman stop the Naga's plans to stop humanity with their Weaponizer's?
