I will second this request. Why on earth would I come to tv.com to see British listings and ratings? GRRR...

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, your input is incredibly important to us.

We have launched a UK version in response to demand from UK users and are pleased to be able to give more information on UK shows, highlight UK community members and display UK broadcast times. However, please be reassured that all the existing US content is still there - all of the US news and episode updates are still accessible from the UK version of TV.com. News can either be found on the news page or homepage and US shows can be accessed as usual, via the search tool or through your favourites.

A link that will enable you to visit the US version of the site from the UK is currently being created and will be online as soon as possible.

We hope you enjoy the improvements we are making.

    That'll be nice.

The UK listing are definitely one of the pluses of the new design. But I don't have Sky, so it would be nice to see that banished. And isn't it possible to have the listings hyperlink through to the summary for the specific episode that's going to be shown?

I would like to set fav channels (as someone with sky but too many useless channels) and rather than seeing US viewing dates see the UK versions. It is annoying to see shows saying new eps and then realise this is for US not us.

Really glad to hear about the link to the US version of the site Heather_H. Can i also request that there be a way to make that the default version? I am never ever going to be remotely interested in UK tv, we're behind on all my shows 99% of the time so it's of no interest and i always want to see what's up on American tv and tv news. So a way of always seeing the American version is crucial for me (suddenly being forced to see the UK version is really irking me at the moment).

Thanks very much for all your work, and for taking the time to let us know what's in the works!

There is now a link at the bottom of each page. Under the 'Most Popular Celebrities' list at the bottom there is a link: US.tv.com

Thats brilliant that we can now go to both pages

Though I must admit I'm liking having a UK centric front page, especially now that the news is updated more often etc.
What tipped it for me was seeing Gilmore Girls season 4 promoted on the homepage!! Definitely a welcome addition!!

Excellent, i can just set us.tv.com as the page i visit when i go to tv.com, as it appears that when you navigate away from that homepage you stay in the US version of the site. Cool, thanks for that admin-type people!

You're not the only one. This is an old thread and it used to be correct. I haven't been able to access the US site for a while now. And it bugs me enough that I'm trawling through the forums trying to find an answer!

Is there anything further to this? I really want to access the American site too, I like to see what's going on over there and what to look forward to.

If you replace WWW.tv.com with US.tv.com you will get the American version of the site. To go back to the British version it's UK.tv.com.
