MY REVIEWS

  • show: The X-Files

    episode: Dæmonicus

    The Bottom Line: "Perfect"

This episode focuses on Agent John Doggett and agent Monica Reyes trying to figure out what happened to an older couple that was murdered out in the middle of the country. Agent Reyes believed they were possessed by Satan himself, but Doggett did not want to believe that that was actually possible. It ended up being that Doggett took it really personal and ended up lashing out that it was impossible.

A patient who chopped up people into pieces was apparently possessed by Satan. This episode was a really good episode because it combined a lot of great thing people love about the x-files.

    episode: Via Negativa

    The Bottom Line: "Superb"

This episode begins when Agent John Doggett is called by Agent Dana Skully about a mysterious case about twenty dead cult members and two dead agents. Doggett must deal with the case on his own when Skully tells him that she can not investigate the case with him this time.

One more murder happens to a homeless man by the same man, and this gives Doggett bigger clues as to where he was, seeing as he made a phone call to one man by the pay phone by the homeless man. The case soon gets very personal with Doggett once he starts getting strange dreams. Dreams involving the case. At the end, Doggett has a dream about waking Skully, but is awoken before it happened.

This episode was just...weird. Very good installment. Just weird.

    episode: Hungry

    The Bottom Line: "Perfect"

This episode focuses on a strange series of murders that happened in Orange County. The strange thing about these murders is that the victims seem to be without brains after their death. What is interesting about this is that the head incision is only about the size of a nickel!

Fox Mulder and Dana Skully thought that they had a prime suspect, until he went missing. Mulder pretty much knew what was responsible for the string of murders. He knew that it was from some kind of a ginetic mutation. By the end of the episode, Fox Mulder realizes that it was one of the least obvious witnesses to the crime that was responsible for the killings. The kid gets shot by Mulder at the end of the episode.

This episode was special in one way. It was unique. I could not even think in my head a story like that one. In conclusion, this episode was a great addition to the X-Files.

episode: Don't Get on the Bus

    The Bottom Line: "Great"

This story is based on Caitlin and Mikes relationship. Caitlin has been dating her old husband, and this made mike really jealous. Caitlin ends up announcing to mike that she is getting engaged to him again while he is driving a bus. Mike ends up running over Trevor.

Another Story: Paul and James are trying to find ways for the people at the office to respect them. First they try growing facial hair to reflect Carter, but that does not work. At the end, they shave their heads, and that doesnt work either.

Last Storyline: Stuart is mentoring Nikki on how to pick up men. Nikki ends up dumping a guy she likes because of stuarts advice.

    episode: William

    The Bottom Line: "Perfect"

This episode is focused on a man who is caught trying to steal files from the X-Files by Agent Doggett. He gets arrested by Doggett and is brought in for question. He says that his name is Daniel Miller, but that is infact not his name, proven by Agent Doggett.

The majority of the episode is spent trying to figure out the identity of this severly burned man. But when he is proven to have injected an unknown metal substance into William, the story takes a turn.

During the episode, the man was identified as Agent Fox Mulder, but Skully does not think it is him. Later in the episode, his identity is revealed as Agent Spender, who was believed to be dead after being shot by his father.

This episode ended with William being adopted. In conclusion, this episode was very special. Probably the best of the series.
