it's been almost a month since I last blogged. and to tell ou the truth, I didn't miss it one bit For some reason I don't enjoy this place as much as I did before. Oh well

So I am now blogging for 2 purposes:

The second reason for me blogging today, is to let you all know I AM GOING TO AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!!! Can I have a WOOT WOOT?

So I'm going on my way on Tuesday (OMG that's soon! :shock And I finally gonna meet Stacey, Ana and Hayley

it's going to be a LOOONG flight... 11 hours to Hong Kong and another 9 to Melbourne But it will TOTALLY be worth it!

And I think that's it from me.. I rambled enough

I want to thank all of you who comment on my last blog. I was really worried and about to explode when I posted it, And your comments made me feel better

Sinse then, Nothing really changed, But I figured it wouldn't help me if I'd worry, coz I'll get a ticket whenever its possible, But YET I still kinda do But what can I do? that's just the way my mind works

I'm gonna go to the travel agent on Monday to apply for a visa, And maybe, just maybe, She'll have some good news for me. (one can only hope...)

Hey guys! How is everyone doing?

I went to the travel agent yesterday, To start all the arrangements for my trip to Australia So far so good, right? Wrong!

There isn't any flight available for the next few months So I'm on the waiting list for a few flights, but nothing is certain yet.. I still have to apply for a visa, But I'm not too worried about that. I mean I am, but right now, it's the least of my worries...

For the longest time now, I was convinced I want to get there in the end of September, in time for my Twinie's Bday, and to meet my awesome buddy Nats. Only that now, I'm not so sure. About anything.

So yeah, I'm not too sure if there will be a flight available for me, But even if I'll find a flight, Maybe I should postpone my trip for like end of October?? If I'll do that, that'll give a lot of people the time to do things (if you know what I mean, good. if not, just smile and nod. Don't try to understand..) And also, that'll give me more time with my buddy Sassy. Which is great. And I can't wait for it, Only that means I won't be there to meet Nats, Hayley and Ana.

So now I'm going CRAZY trying to figure out what I should do, And it's not going too well. I have absolutely NO idea what I should do, And I have all those weird thoughts going through my head.. I have to decide pretty soon, and let the travel agent know, coz it is the holiday season over here, so all the flights are full. And I need to make up my mind and try and get a flight for the time that I chosen. But if you know me at all - you know I'm having hard time to make up my mind

So now, I figured, instead of JUST going crazy, I should rant about it. Coz ranting is better than exploding And I'm sure all of you just love it that I gush like that

So I guess I should wrap it up, and go back to going insane..

Hey guys!

How are you? I hope you are enjoying your weekend My weekend was cut short this week coz of my stupid job. Now don't get me wrong, while I am enjoying the extra money (and I didn't even have to answer calls!), I would have prefer to stay home and sleep Oh well..

So work has been bad this week. And my knee hurts again, and I can't sit. And that's what I do. For 9 hours each shift. So I stand up as much as I can, but I ended up asking to go home earlier for 3 days in a raw. So guess how my boss felt about it

Other than that, I am SO not looking forward to the next 2 months. Monday starts the summer vacation for the schools, so that means LOTS of kiddies asking questions and parents wanting to know why they had to pay so much for the cables, and don't like it when we tell them that their kids ordered a lot of movies on pay per view

Anyways, there's this buzz over HD broadcasts the past few weeks over here. More and more people are asking for it, and so lucky me have to explain everything about it, and add it for them. So when I found this pic on photobucket, I thought it fits

Basically, it's ALL cr@p

My Life's a Mess :? by -watchmewatchu-

Hey guys!

I hope all of you feel better than I do. I'm kinda feeling like everything is falling apart, me included.

So it all started when we had all those rumors about one of the bosses getting fired, a rumor that later on appeared to be true. One of the bosses got fired as a result of some company cuts-off We were insured no one will lose their jobs, And it'll all be okay. What a Bullsh!t that turned out to be

From that moment on everything just gotten worse and worse, kinda like a little snowball getting bigger by the minute. The atmosphere in the work place was so tense and annoying (well, even more than usual ). No one seemed to want to stay there, Not even the people working there from the beginning- the same people who were trying to get me to like the place better when I just started working there.

Okay, so a few facts about my work before I'll continue with the story:

I work at an out-sourcing company. We were hired by the cable company to help them dealing with the load of the phone calls. We do NOT let the people know we're not working directly for the cable company. As far as they know we are the cable company.
I got hired as a technical support. I was the one trying to fix your problem through the phone, and set you up for a technician if needed.
The 2 other departments we have are: Costumer service (financial) and Costumer conservation. The cable company has all those departments with employees of her own too.

And on with our story...

After all that mess, there were a whole new sets of rumors going on, About the technical support department being shut off. And just like any other well formed rumor, this one too turned out to be true. They closed the tech support and fired a lot of people. Other quit, some were transfered to the costumers conservation, And most of us were transfered to the Costumer service.

Now let me just explain what costumer service is all about:

When you have anything to ask about your bill, I'm it. (and by saying 'ask about your bill' I mean scream at me like hell just froze over)
When you want to change the cable layout you were using. (we have 10 groups of channels for the costumer to choose from; They can choose more than 1).
When you wanna add a phone line (Yes, we do phones too )
When you wanna change your ADSL speed (bandwidth). Oh yeah.. we do Internet too
When you want one more cable box..
When you want the HD box
When you want pretty much everything, I'm it. (okay, me and the other 200 people work there )

So last week we were doing a course studying all there is to know about costumer service. (and by everything I mean whatever they got time for. everything else, we'll learn as we go *shakes head*). Lucky me was sick with a fever and the whole deal. I couldn't even stay home coz if I would have missed it I couldn't have continue to work. I would have to wait for a new course to open, which means no pay checks in the mean time. And thats not good for my Aus planning.

Sick to my stomach I went to learn about a job I don't wanna do, Only to find out a new rumor has started! (okay, it was going on even before, but now it's gotten more clear ) - They intend to close the costumer service as soon as the calls waiting will get smaller. (right now we have about 150-200 calls waiting at every given moment). They assume it'll be in about a month and a half.

So now I'm suppose to start working at a place I don't wanna be, doing a job I don't wanna do, in which by the time I'll know what I'm suppose to actually do, the department will be closed

That's not good. That makes me feel like everything is falling apart behind me (and in front, and sideways....). I wanted to start looking for a new job, but who will hire me for 3 months? And if I won't say I'm going to Aus in 3 months, What new work place will let me off for that long to go travel? So I have to suck it out and stay where I am. I hope I can do it..

Other than that, I'm sick for like 2 weeks now. And it doesn't seem to want to leave. I'm taking antibiotics and sleeping a lot, but I'm still feeling like cr@p. I'm starting to think my body just don't want me to go back to work..

Well, I'll stop now. Even if I can go on like that for ever. But I want you to still like me, and extra long blogs about my problems is not the way to do it

How you doing today? Hope everyone had a great weekend, and started this week on a happy note.

Okay, nothing much to tell really, just that it is my 1 year anniversary here on TV.com today Who would have guess, when I signed to this site, That I'd still be here a year later?

I just wanted to tell you guys THANK YOU! I seriously can't imagine my life without you. Even though I never met any of you, I got some great buddies which I really care about and see as my friends (And you know who you are ) YOU GUYS ROCK!!

So I was thinking what to post as my 1 year anniversary blog, and thanks to my awesome buddy Nats, I got the idea. Thanks dude!

In the past year I....

Got to know some really great people. Some of which I am going to meet soon-ish (hopefully).
Got WAY better with my English. I even type faster thanks to "someone" whom I spent with hours and hours of chatting. (I kinda miss those days... ) [Now all I need is to practice more of my speaking]
I used to be just TV addict. Now I am a proud MSN, facebook and TV.com addict too.
I became obsessed with getting to the US, Kinda stopped being obsessed about it, And got an even greater obsession to get to Australis.
I used to spend all of my mornings in front of my PC chatting to the "off topic gang" about everything and nothing (most of the time we had more than 1 convo going on at the same time, in different places).
Used terms like "off topic gang", and posting silly drawing and SP characters of us.
Had a few SP character games on my blogs. Until I got bored and none of you seemed to miss it.
I 'joined' god-only-knows how many clubs. (some of you probably have NO idea what I'm talking about..)
Got myself 94 friends on this site. And 13 people tracking me.
Have written 16 reviews; 4,517 forum posts; And 49 blogs, including this one. (lame huh?)
I'm at level 29, 25%. And it feels as if I've been here for ages.

And I guess that's about it from me today. But we can't celebrate without a cake (and some booze)
