Chapter 53:Geoff the Angel! Revealing to All to Silvy!
"I need to talk to you about something sweetie! You might get a little mad but..." Geoff sitting up and getting Silvy to look at him.
"Why would I be mad at you Geoff! I mean, nothing you could do, would make me mad at all." Silvy gently said.
Geoff revealed that he had been following her, since the day she came on Starcade. As she looked at him, awaiting the answer.
"You see honey, I have been following you since the day you came on here. Not the day, those thugs, first attacked you. But the day you came on her. You see, I nearly walked in on you. While you were changing. Those bruises and scars caught my attention. As you and Drake were trying to leave. And after you two left. You accidentally set off the fire alarm. While we were leaving, since there was no fire. But just a false alarm. I noticed you both, leaving to go to the store, where you both hung out at!" Geoff admitted to her.
"You watched me the first time, I first came on to the show?" Silvy was pretty surprised at this. As she thought, he first watched her, a few days before the thugs.
"After I left, and you know about the crew. How they excluded me from going with them on stuff like out to eat and to a movie. Well, I went to watch you. But didn't want to scare you and disqualify you as a contestant. Also, followed you home. When I spied on you, with Max." added Geoff.
He told her that he thought Max was her father. But couldn't hear from afar. When she said uncle Max. All he could hear, was her saying sir.
"You were like crying for help. And that it seems, your answers were being ignored. That made me really saddened for you." Geoff continued on.
He watched her from afar. Making sure that she got home safe and sound. He said he stayed at least about a mile or so, away. So that she and especialy Max, wouldn't become suspicious.
How that would open the door, to a great relationship with the two of them. Plus, so, so, much more than that.
Plus, Silvy realized, that Geoff was like a huge angel to her. How he fell in love with her the first time, he saw her. How, she touched his heart. Just like he touched hers.
"I didn't know it at the time, but I think. That I fell in love with you. The first time, I saw you. And noticed you were not like the other contestants. And how, you needed a friend, just like I did too." he told her.
"You know Geoff, I think I fell in love with you. And didn't know it when I first came to you. Something was burning inside of me. Saying that, I may have found a friend. But didn't know, he was right in front of me. Until that day!" she admitted to him.
That lead her to another question. About that nearly fateful night. As he watched her from afar, trying to stay out of sight. She told him, no wonder she felt safe and sound. Because, he was watching her from afar. Even though the kids still made fun of her.
"How did you begin watching me, sleeping and all of that?"
"I began watching over you. The night the thugs came to attack you. I began getting my gas whenever I either went home to LA or to "Starcade!" Just to watch over you. You seemed to not want to be seen by me. I noticed you slid through the back. I could understand why, you would be intimidated." he gently told her.
"How did you get into my house. Since my uncle had everything locked up in the house. Made sure, I locked everything up. Because if I didn't, I would get punished. You know how that is." Knowing all too well about Max's attitude, towards being perfect.
"Well, he didn't leave the basement, that lead to your room locked. I had to look and see, while you both were gone. How I could get the basement under your bedroom, unlocked. I put some kind of gum there. To make sure that it could get unlocked. It didn't work the first few times. But then, I managed to get it open." Geoff revealed to her.
"So, you began watching me, from that fateful night! And you watched me, when you weren't at work or with your own family?" she was shocked to hear this!
Nodding his head up and down, gently looking at her, through bandages and bruises. And teary-eyed, he gently said yes. Not only did he felt sorry for her but also came to grow to love her.
"I just didn't have a life at all. And that my life was really lonely. Just really felt that you and I had a lot in common. So, I just felt something with you." he was touching her cheeks. As tears ran down both of their faces.
"No wonder, I was getting to sleep in peace at nights. When you first came, that fateful night. Because I haven't had anything to be grateful about. Nor haven't been sleeping very well at all. Until, that night, you came to watch over me." she said.
"You know honey, when you have peace. And feel it, so do I. When you sleep well, so do I! So do I!" Geoff added.
"Oh Geoff! You don't know how much that means to me! I mean, I don't know what to say to you..." gently said the sweet girl.
"You don't have to say much! You know, actions speak louder with words sweetie." And Geoff was right about that!
Silvy took both of his hands, and place them around her. And put them on her heart. That meant more to Geoff, than words indeed. Meant so, so, much more!
