Some of you may have wondered why I haven't been blogging much as lately. Well, to tell the truth, I haven't found or done anything that has been blog worthy. I don't think you guys want to hear about me getting a new game or two for every single blog that I write and that is why I've cut down on blogging.
I noticed that some of the comments said welcome back, in my previous blog. Well, I never left, in fact I vist this site every single day and I'm on here for a good amount of time each day. I know some of you have probably never seen me post on the forums, well it's because most of the topics I come across aren't interesting to me, so I don't post in them. I do, however, post at a few places on a daily basis or try to at least. One thing I'd like to know is, where do most of you guys/gals post at? (to the users I post with you don't have to answer this) If I could find out, maybe I could possibly post there as well. If it's a union that you post in and I don't post there, I'd be glad to join and I'd post there whenever I could.

Aside from this blog, I've been gaming alot lately. The two games I'm playing the most are Saints Row 2 (Ps3) and Valkyria Chronicles (Ps3). The games I'm looking forward to purchasing are: Fable 2, Left 4 Dead, The Last Reminant and the new Tomb Raider game. I get a new game or two every two weeks so it shouldn't take long to get all of these.

So hullo peeps, how is everyone doing? I hope you guys/gals are doing fine. I'm doing fine aswell, if you were wondering. Not much has happened since my last entry except for the fact the I've purchased 6 games. They are not the greatest games, but I like to try out all sorts of games, so it doesn't have to be a great game to hold my attention.

Those games are: Test Drive Unlimited, Ninety Nine Nights, Saints Row (I had this previously but something was wrong with the disc), F.E.A.R., somehow I got Sonic The Hedgehog for free when I purchased Ninety Nine Nights.
Those were all Xbox360 games and the total came to just under $40 bucks. I like when I can go out and pick up a bunch of games for the price of a new one. I feel that I've spent my money wisely, instead of spending $50 - $60 bucks on one new game and completing that and then having to buy a new one. (*Edit*) The 6th game was Poke'mon Diamond

So what are some games you guys/gals are looking forward to? Me, there's quite a few that I'm trying to get, but these are my main focus atm.

Valkyria Chronicles (PS3), Saints Row 2 (X360), Left 4 Dead (X360), The Last Reminant (X360), Tomb Raider: Underworld (X360).

Also I wish that the tracked blogs could be in place of the my feed part on our profiles. That way I could see more blogs and comment all of them, instead of only having a list of 5 tracked blogs at one time.

Level 41 - Thunder Force - A series of side-scrolling action games for the Commodore 64, Genesis and Saturn.

I've never heard of that game to be honest. So how are you you guys/gals doing? I hope you are all doing good. Me I'm doing good as usual. Sorry about not blogging so much, I'm not much of a blogger. I mean I could do blogs more often, but most them would probably be boring and don't want you guys reading boring stuff.

Well as usual I'm gonna talk about what I purchased recently. I bought Mercenaries 2, sadly to say gamespot didn't like it to much and they gave it 5.0. A bit harsh if you ask me, but I don't let reviews influence me on whether if I should buy a game or not. I buy a game because I want to experience it for myself and then make my own judgements about the game. My second purchase was a Arcade Edition Xbox 360, I purchased this for $199. I'm gonna save up and send my other xbox 360 off to M$ at a later time, it can be used for a back up system in case something were to happen.

Well that's it for this blog... I'm gonna be making a new one in a few days. It will most likely be a blog asking you guys/gals about the upcoming games that you are getting/want. Just something different for a chance of pace.

Dear GS

I am at your side for almost two years,and i have always seen you like a brother/sister that i have never had.You were born in 1996 under the name VideoGameSpot.Pete Deemer,Vince Broad and Jon Epstein were the ones that created you.

But my letter it isn't about your first steps nor how you become one of the best Videogames Web sites.It is about the changes that you had recently made.I know that sometimes a change is good for everyone,but this time GS,it doesn't need to change something that is the best in the business.

I understand that the changes that you have maid were for the best of the community,but there is something that is not right GS,you have hide the thing that made you different from the others,the emblems.You know,that little square things that you sometimes give us for watching the most awesome Live Feeds that are made by you,I'm sure that other users share the same opinion.

You know GS,there are lots of emblem hunters like myself at your side,and probably will never leave you,but you aren't the same GS without the emblems/badges in our profiles.

He feels that all of the user's emblems should be displayed in their profile as the previous gamespot layout did. He feels that this new layout hides the emblems and the emblems are what set us apart from the other game sites.

Well my idea, is that with the large amount of space on the left hand side, why can't it display all of the emblems? It wouldn't be hard to do that it. Canana feels that his idea/ suggestion will go unnoticed. So my question is, what do you guys and gals think of this, do you think it's something that should be changed? Bad News by 2ndWonder

So it seems that it I didn't need new component cables. I bought those today and got the same problem, no picture all I get is sound. I called M$ today and I eplained the situation to customer support, they had me go through a couple of steps just to make sure that it wasn't my t.v. that was causing the issue. The lady then told me that I needed to send my console to M$ and that I needed to purchase a warranty to cover for the fixing of my xbox360. The warranty lasts for 1 year and I have to pay $99 bucks to get it, after paying they would send me a box.... yeah I've heard of this process, sometimes it can take awhile for the box to get to my house and sometimes it can take awhile for them to send you another console. So I'm probably gonna get rid of a psp and a few games to help me get the money to cover for this, this won't be much of a problem, because I have more than one psp. But in the meantime, looks like I'll be dealing with my DS and my PS3.

On a side note I sold Mass Effect awhile ago, I think I got around $33 dollars in store credit for it. Well today I found a copy of it for $26, I thought this kind of odd considering there was a bunch of other used copies of it going for $37.99. Well I couldn't pass that up so I purchased it, again.

So I purchased two new games today and those were DS games. I figured that I let my DS sit around for long and that it was time for me to start playing it again. The games were called: "Izuna: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja" and "Izuna: The Unemployed Ninja Returns." I didn't think I would get the first game, because I always call in or check the gamestop site before going out to purchase a game from there. Well I checked online and It only had "The Unemployed Ninja Returns" listed as available in my area. I figured that I would just pick up a copy of that and try my luck at getting the first on online. So after a bit of searching the DS section I came across the first one, it didn't have the original game case, so I was alittle disappointed. Well I'm gonna try these games out here in a bit.

As mentioned in my previous blog, I told you guys I was getting SCIV and that I needed component cables, well I found some compnent cables at eb games for $14.99. I'm not sure how good they will work and for how long they will work, but $14.99 is better than $39.99, right.? As for SCIV, I'm hoping to get a copy of it within a few days from now.

Well as for the users who commented in my last blog I'm still getting around to commenting blogs, so if I missed your blog, don't worry I will comment on it. I hope guys/gals are doing well.

Level 40 - Abobo - Name of the boss in Double Dragon for the Neo-Geo.

Well a few things happened since my last blog, but not nothing to be to excitied about. The first thing is that my cousin came over to vist me, he doesn't live far away from me. But during that vist he brought over Rock Band and two guitars. Well as he was leaving he told me that I could have Rock Band and both of the guitars, which came as a shock to me because I was wondering why he was giving me a game that he played alot. Turns out that he was having problems with his disc so he bought a new copy, afterwards the old copy started working again. So I guess I got lucky that he gave it to me, instead of one of his friends.

Well after almost two years of being faithful something happened to my xbox360. No not the RRoD, in case you were wondering. The Component Cables just quit working, all I get now is sound. I was playing the Madden 09 demo when it happened, I think it's the EA curse. It's $40 bucks to get a new set and right now I don't have any extra money to spend. The current money I have saved up, is for SCIV. But I might wait until later to buy it and just get the component cables now.

For tuning into GameSpot's E3 2008 live broadcast of all three of the manufacturer press conferences (Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft) on July 14-15. That's dedication.

These users fought hard to catch one day of GameSpot's E3 2008 live stage show. Much like sushi, watching game coverage is an acquired taste. We just wish we would have seen more of this person.

Anyone else get any of these? If you haven't and you watched the event it might take some time before you get your emblem, my nintendo emblem came just a few minutes ago.

Level 39: Max Force by 2ndWonder

Level 39 - Max Force - Max's CO power in the excellent Advance Wars games on the GBA.
Level 39: 03.25% per day (This level is gonna take almost more than a month to complete).

So I reached level 39, almost level 40. If level 30 users are considered vets, then what are level 40 users consider as? I haven't been into much since the last blog I made other than gaming and posting here. Since my last blog I've racked in almost 4,000 achievement points, I was at 7,900 something and I'm now at 11,523. Since my last blog I've also bought some more games.

I bought: Soul Calibur (from xbl) I even submitted a cheat for this game, I also own this for the dreamcast. Guilty Gear X2 #Reloaded (from xbl), It's a 2d fighting game and a good one at that. Tomb Raider: Anniversary (from xbl) I own this for the ps2, but had to have it for my xbox360. If you can't tell already, I love the Tomb Raider games and I own all of them except for "Chronicles."

Well that's about all from me. How about you guys and gals, how have you been? And are you having a good summer so far?

Almost at 50k, then I shall throw a big party or at least I hope it will be a big one, that depends on if you guys/gals show up.
Sorry for the lack of blogs lately, I just was lazy and didnt feel like making one. Sometimes we all get lazy.

Well since my last blog post a few things have happened. My original Xbox decided that it didnt want to read discs anymore, I hardly played it, so i have no idea why that happened. Well since there is no warrantly for these anymore, I'm gonna try and open it up and clean the laser, I hope that will help and I hope I can find the tool to open it up. I have at least 50 xbox games and only about 10 of them will work on my xbox 360, I hope M$ does another b/c update soon.

As for the games I bought, they were Tomb Raider Legend (Xbox360), I have this for the original xbox, but as mentioned mine doesn't work. It was only $14 not bad, the second game I bought was Sega Superstars Tennis. It was originally $50, but since the game days sale was going on, I snagged it for $20 bucks. Since then I've completed TR: Legend, I have 22/23 achievements (I need to beat the game on hard mode). I've completed almost everything on Sega Superstars Tennis, I have about 36/45 achievements. These games help me boost my gamer score up by alot, It's kinda sad that I've had my xbox360 almost 2 years and I'm not even over 10k in gamerscore.
