I got a kitten!! ^__________^

This is my third one and the first girl to come into the family! I don't know if you guys remember but I wrote in a blog about my cat, Sonny, dying last October... oh sh*t I'm gonna cry again... ;___; I really loved Sonny so much... Not just because I'm a crazy cat lady... cuz I'm not... I just love my cats... ::huggles::

My other cat, Tom, isn't too happy that we brought our new kitten home, since he just got used to being a single cat again. He's such a baby... A really adorable baby who needs to be cuddled. ;__; He'll eventually get used to it because he acted the same when we first brought Sonny home. He doesn't like change very much. He pouted when we changed the furniture in the living room for crying out loud! O__o

Anyway, our new kitten is named Magna. That's what the shelter named her. We call her Maggie for short. We've only had her for a day and a half and already she's walking around like she owns the place! She's like an English princess! ^__^ (A personal pet name that will stick. Tom is Pookie, and Sonny was Baby.)

But I tell ya, having a kitten is hard work. They tire you out fast. I don't remember too well if Sonny and Tom tired me out as kittens, but then again I had to go to school when we got them, so I didn't see them for like eight hours. Its still summer vacation and I'm home all day with Magna. She's so cute though! Magna is only two months old and she's a grayish-brown tabby with black. She's tries to eat her food with her paws! AWWWW!!!!!! ^_________^

Although we have her for only a day, Magna already has phases. She's either really hyper and can't sit still, or she's sleeping. She tends to twitch when she sleeps, meaning she dreams. (So cute!!!) She like's to sleep on my chest too because kittens like to hear heartbeats. It helps them sleep because it reminds them of when they were in a litter cuddling up with their siblings.. I was on the laptop for only a short while today and had to shut it down cuz she liked jumping on it to get to my chest to sleep... Lol. ^__^ Sorry, KingSlime, that's why I had to leave so abruptly!

Because she's so young, we've got to keep an eye on Magna all the time. As I was typing this blog, I had to stop at least eight times because she would not sit still. If you want Magna to sleep, you've got to tire her out. ^__^;; She's like a human baby. Magna also likes to sleep with this pink and white knitted blanket I had as a baby. Sonny and Tom used to like to sleep with it too.

So right now, Magna is finally sleeping besides me on my bed with her blanket. CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So the highlight of my day was running away from my friend's Welsh Corgi and tripping and falling over him... =__= I gotta remember that Corgis tends to stick by your ankles as you walk... and ultimately run...

It's been a while since I've fallen over so hard... I think the last time was at a Girl Scout camp years ago, running to get to Cookie Hall (the Mess Hall is seriously named Cookie Hall... -__-;;.) on time or else we would have to sing... ::twitches:: So the outcome of that was tripping and falling down a large concrete hill in the middle of a forest in upstate New York... My right knee ended up getting scraped and scarred. It's still scarred to this very day... It kinda looks like Staten Island from my direction...

Anyway, today I ended up falling on the SAME knee, hitting it hard on a concrete driveway, scrapping it pretty bad and my hip, hands, and shoulder... It was bloody... =__= My friend's dog wouldn't leave me alone after that and kept trying to lick the blood off my knee. He's lucky he's cute... I dub him "Sir Wobs-a-lot"! He wobbles as he walks... a lot...

So of course like the insane stupid idiots we are, we're joking around about this. My friend's mom's boyfriend was jokingly accusing my friend of tripping me and saying how many more friends was she going to trip since I'm apparently the second one who fell at her house. Then he was cracking jokes about Native American names since we were talking about what would our Indian names be earlier?

Besides being "Stares with Disbelief" or "Runs like Psycho", I am "Wounded Knee". Hah ha! (You history buffs out there will get the reference.

...I think my knee is spirant since it does hurt since after so many hours... Just my luck... Although I'm surprised it didn't shatter...

So I'm gonna sleep right now... Tomorrow I will be known as "Drives like Maniac". X3

P.S.- ...........There are Dora the Explorer band aids all over my body...

It turns out we're not gonna cosplay at NYAF '08....... I really don't want to do this but Dei-chan pointed out that money's too tight with no jobs and we're probably not going to have enough time to get everything done... So we're gonna start cosplaying in June of next year no matter what! It'll give us time to raise some cash and perfect our costumes... Cuz Dei-chan and I both have OCD... ^___^;;

So sorry trunks, I'm going to be holding off on that tutorial on how to make Tobi's mask for a while... But I can PM you and give you some pointers instead.
