Finally Done

Hey Everyone,

I have finally completed my last full day of classes. Now all I have left is lots and lots of exams. No I'm not looking forward to them but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. Anywho, I'm having a great week. I haven't been getting much sleep because I've been quite busy. I've decided that I will spend more of my time volunteering and waste less of my time doing insignificant stuff. What that is will be determined at a later date I'll be checking back daily to see if anything new is happening. I'm looking forward to One Tree Hill finale tonight. I might even watch Hidden Palms, only time will tell. Only one more essay to write before I will finally be done. Maybe I'll do it tonight, maybe I won't?!?!

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

 

 My review of Pirates of the Caribbean:

This movie was a brilliant conclusion to the Pirates saga. It contained a little bit of old, a little bit of new, and plenty of entertainment. This edition of Pirates introduces us to the "other side" and to the many side of Captain Jack Sparrow. He has officially lost all of his marbles. I wasn't impressed by the beginning of the movie, it was quite confusing. I was disappointed by the way it started, but by the end I was amazed. The movie went full circle. Pirates didn't disappoint us in the romance department. Elisabeth and Will kept it steamy. The ending was unforgettable and shocking. (not gonna say what happened, don't want to spoil it for others). This was a brilliant series and I hope it doesn't contine. That would ruin the entire series. Three is plenty and it ended with a bang!

 

Today has been lots of fun.  I spent the day organizing my book. I've actually wanted to know how many books I've had for a while now. I just didn't realize it would take so long to write down all the titles. Unfortunately I don't have a laptop so I was forced to use a slate and rock . I've gotten through 167 thus far and I'm no where near done. I discovered that I had a book I didn't even know I had! It's really amazing. Anyway, I have alot of homework I should be working on, so on that note, So Long, Fare Well

Happy June!!!

Hey everyone,

We have finally made it to June! The sun is shining and this is going to be a beautiful summer. I just can't wait!!! It is so much better because it is a Friday and I can enjoy the weekend!! Nothing new has occurred today. Nothing to report. I'll be around alot this weekend cuz I can . I get to go see Pirates 3 tomorrow, I'm so excited!!

Jake Gyllenhaal is one of the most talented actors in Hollywood. He has gone to great lengths to depict many different people and emotions. Some of his best performances were in Donnie Darko and Brokeback Mountain. In both of these movies he had to push himself to the ultimate extreme. There are not many actors that would put themselves out there in the ways that he does. He has conquered every single different type of role there is out there. He has done drama to comedy and every one he brings something different to the table. He is dedicated to the work and will do anything to make a great film. He is definately underrated but he will make it big.

One Tree Hill show grabs my interest time and time again. The first two seasons have been great. There are so many twists and turns. Every episode is unforgettable. The way I feel about this show is indescribible. Anyone who starts to watch the show now will love it. This show will not let you down. It doesn't only focus on the teenagers lives but the adults as well. The adult storylines are just as interesting. The cast works beautifully together and they are all gorgoes. The show confronts many topics that teenagers face on a daily basis and bring many of the "unspeakables" to life. Not many people can say that a show that is fictional can be just as eyeopening!

Why does Brooke have to be such a ***** (Fill in the blank). She is constantly after Lucas. She seems to like attacking people in this episode. I can't believe she made Peyton kiss Lucas. I mean she is falling head over heels for Lucas and then she basically sets them up. She doesn't want to see Nathan and Haley happy because she seems to think that if she can't get some action she should ruin everyone else's lives!! Lucas is way to broody and goes to deep. He doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut!!!!!! He needs to learn. Hopefully he will and then he will be able to actually have a relationship with a girl!!!!!!

I loved this episode. It was so interesting. The beginning was perfect with Lucas and Nathan fighting. We were all just waiting for that moment to come. When Whitey kicks them off the bus, I was so suprised. When those Hicks drove up and took them, I was like "what's going to happen next". I am so happy the Hicks stripped them both down to their boxers!! That just made my night!! :) When they were playing "gladiator" I couldn't believe that Nathan punched Lucas and then did it for a reason. I would have never guessed that Nathan had a plan up his shorts (hahaha). Nathan and Lucas really come together in this episode. They begin to accept eachother. They realize they don't need to be mad at eachother. They need to fight against the "Dad" and not eachother. Neither of them have reasons to hate eachother!

This episode was so touching. I am so glad that Lucas decided to play. Especially when he asked Keith to be his father. Keith has been the father figure in his life. I don't think anyone else deserves the name Father or Dad other than Keith. He is such a nice person and always put Lucas and Karen first. I just wish they would hurry up and get married!! :) Dan was unbelieveably rude to his own son, Nathan. I can't believe how hard he is on him. Dan gives Nathan a boost on anything. Dan is as tough as a nail. I just wish he would DIE!!! Thank goodness that Nathan was ok after Dan smacked into him. Lucas is nice and helped him up, he would have done that whether they were brothers or not. Nathan took the high road when he just let his father sink the last shot to win the game.
