It appears that kanji can work in the blogs and forums, but it cannot be submitted to guides. I tried to add the ASCII code for the kanji that spell out Ghost in the Shell (Kōkaku Kidōtai in Rōmaji Japanese which literally translates to Offensive Shell Mobile Unit) to a note in my guide and it would accept it in the submission window, but when I submit it, the kanji did not transfer onto the guide.TV.com just doesn't accept the code like that because if you need to go and edit it, the kanji will appear on the edit screen instead of the computer code. In fact, every time I have edited this blog, the kanji show up instead of the code for it.
