It's been awhile since my last blog post, but rest assured I've been busy. In the time since my last post I've been building a website for my own amusement. The site does have a point though, several actually. The first reason for the site was to build a place for myself and others to remember VMK. To that end, I created a section of the site called VMK Lives. (a little misleading? maybe. Full of hyperbole? It wouldn't be me if it wasn't.) The section has photo galleries that contain pictures of every room in VMK with a couple of exceptions.( hey, nobody's perfect right?) It also has forums for ex-VMKers to keep in touch with lost friends and make some new ones. I'm going to keep this short today too as it's difficult to express myself right now. I had no sleep last night. I was on at closing and just couldn't bring myself to close out the window for at least 15 minutes after. Then I just lay in bed thinking. Then my daughter woke up at 6:20 am this morning. I'm exhausted both physically and mentally. I should mention I'm in NY so closing was at 1 am for me. My posting may be sporadic this weekend with the holiday and all. Rest assured I'll be continuing my blog though as I have a lot of plans for the future. Right now though I'm going to dwell on the past for a bit longer.
