Because the one below this is a bit cheesy, and not very professional, i wrote this in 2006, i believe, or in early 2007Nearly a year ago I sat in that room with you crying by your side, waiting for the pain to disappear. Not for me, but for you my friend. This decision to loose you was the hardest thing I could have ever done... and it still doesn't feel right. When the word "Cancer" spread across the Vet's lips and entered the air, I almost didn't believe it. I thought maybe I was having a bad dream, or maybe there was hope. If you were younger, there could have been. I am posting this message for my dog tiffany, who sadly passed away April 7th, 2006. She was truly loyal, and up until her last breath, she was there to make everyone happy, even when she could hardly keep herself happy. I was the last person she had seen before she died, and after the few days of pain, the looked happy that it was all over with. After the shaking from the pain died away, i knew she was slipping away from me, but after all the tears, I felt good about it. I knew that it was the right thing to do, and I know she's in a place where she can be happy, and wait for us one day, and once again be with everyone she loves.
