I should begin by saying: my exceptations of this episode were fairly low. I mean, like, lower then My expectations of anything else. And somehow, despite expecting a mediocre, mundane, if not plain sucky episode, I was sorely and bitterly disapointed.
That had to be the biggest waste of my time ever. And I babysit. Problem number 1:
Nick decided it would be cute to put the 6th episode of the season as the first to air. Why? Who knows. So, I'm reveiwing this assuming that I'm madly in love with Frostbite, There was development prior to this episode, and I know the goings on of all Amity Park.
Problem Number 2:
Rushed. No, scratch that. Reality Trip was rushed. This was just nothing. Nothing appened, because they tried to crunch in into a time frame they couldn't possibly fit it into. Stuff occured, but nothing happened. Problem Number 3:
Character Development. Ok. The world has been taken over by plants. Your home as you knew it was destroyed. Something is wrong with you, and you have a power that could probably take you over. Your best friend is conspiroing against you. Everyone you care about is in danger and their minds have been taken over. So, why don't you care? The only interesting character devolpment for Danny Boy was his muttering something about just staying in the Ghost Zone and Running away from the earth problems. Sam has a garden. How wonderful. Whoo Boy, she's been taken over. And yet, she really doesn't get developed at all. It was a moot point. She didn't grow or anything at all.
Problem Number 4:
Funny Factor. Assuming I know and love Frostbite, then the part was probably funny, but other then that, the only funny moment was Jack and Maddie in the GAV. Because I'm a fan of the College Trio, and that is the only reason why.
Problem Number 5:
The Action Sucked. I'm not a huge fan of action, but this.. Was weak. I stopped watching the TV after a whilr, because I knew nothing interesting was happening in the way of fights. The training was dull, the Undergrowth fights were dull.
Problem Number 6:
That D/S moment at the end. I hate D/S 90% of the time. I pretty much despise the pairing with a passion, mainly because it is poorly exicuted 90% of the time. The only D/S moments that interested me were the ones in CF and PB. The cheap, mushy, cuddly, blushy stuff is rediculous and unrealistic. Friends hooking up is serious business, and making the couple into a clique high school romance cheaps both characters. So, yes I hate D/S. But you know something?
That blushy moment at the end was more then a classic poorly exicuted shipper moment. It was an insult to the pairing. I felt betrayed by how horrible and weak it was, And I grimace whenever I see mention of the pairing. If D/S is going to be the Series Couple, which as loath I am to admit it, it is, then by all means, treat the pairing with emotion and respect. Also, there was something about the animation on this episode that irked me, but I'll fully admit to only listening to parts of it, so I couldn't tell you what was wrong with it.

I must say: I loved this episode. It may have something to do with not having seen any episodes in 2 weeks, but it was still wonderful.
Here's the basic jyst of the plot:
After Sun starts feeling a little funky, she begins to fear she is pregnant. Despite what I was thinking, this is not a good thing. Or at least not to her. Everyone else is. And everyone knows before Jin. But Jins happy as sin and Sun's warming up a little to the idea, and so I must cheer for this pregnancy, but...
The main question posed in the flashbacks is, HOW is Sun pregnant? I know the how it occurs, but It seems the island has worked another miricle. Sun gets a baby, despite Jin being infertile. Did she cheat, as the flashbacks hint? Or do we believe Sun's claims?
But, really that was not the most interesting part of the show. Sun's flashbacks were not very interesting. Mostly her being thrilled at infertility, having old boyfriends hitting on her, and then after that learning that the doc lied and Jin is the infertile one and he lied in fear of Jin.
In this episode, Ana-Lucia interogates Henry, asks him really nicely to make a map to the baloon, and empathises with Henry feeling hated no matter what. AnaLucia at that moment made a galatic jump in my book. She then takes it upon herself to tell Sayid about the map, and Charlie desides to annoy Ana as much as posible.
And at the end, when given cereal for good behavior, Gale makes a wonderfully intricate speach about how he could draw a map to a sucluded place and his people kidnap the searchers. Oh, that's what he would do if he was an other, but he's not. Pass the milk.
Other interesting moments include Saywer and Bernard discussing Sun's pregnancy. Bernard is having the couch agreement with Rose, and Charlie is unnaturally peppy. And he has a gun. Hurley's still snacking, and Sun knows.
This episode, in sumnarry, was good, minus the unnessicary flash back which were there for flashbacks sake. This eisode begs the following questions:
Is there anyone left to tell about the baby stuff?
Where did Sawyer get a pregnancy test from?
Is Sun a cheating-you-know-what?
Is Henry insane?
Does Jack come in any flavor other then serious mistrust?
What is Sayid making?
What books hasn't Saywer read yet?
Did Bernard get Rose a present?

Looking back, I realize I propably saw the original airing of this episode, though back then I wasn't as obsessed as I am now. However, I distinctly remember deciding to start watching Lost more often after my dad had me watch this durring the secound airing durring the summer. Anyway, I fell in love due to this episode. Locke was instantly my favorite.
Although my love for different charactors has changed (Locke is pretty low on my list now, and Charlie, who was the lowest is now my absolute favorie) This remains as one of the favorite episodes. You can't not feel for the truely demented, omnious, yet lovable Locke, at least not durring this episode. It is truely a must-see for an LOST veiwer.

Well, after Jack ransacks Sawyer's stash, Sun gets sacked, and Ana Lucia and Jack use this to fuel their army campain. Jacks got the gun combo, and everyone wants the guns. Saywer notes to Kate that it's all in the details, and these details of the attack are completely off.
I was very happy to be suprised by this episode. It was exactly what an episode of Lost should be. The darker sides of our charactors are starting to show, as they begin to plot against each other. As everyone tries to get what they want, tensions start up once again. It looks like the times of peace are gone in Island town: Because there's a new Sherif in town, boys.
All in all this was exactly what I've been looking for in Lost, but haven't been able to find in many Season 2 episodes. I got suprised. But the fact that being suprised suprises me doesn't say allot for Season 2. This is one of the best S2 episodes yet.

My opinion of this episode is severly wavering. On one side, it was a fairly poor plot, but on the other, this sets up something to happen. What is this setting up? I do not know my friends, but it had better be something
And so now Charlie is the Islands most hated, and being a charlie fan and having a soft spot for the most suffering charactor, I'm hoping things get worse before they get better.
The charactors seemed just a smidge (but how big can smidges be?) Out of Charactor. Locke is starting to scare me, really. Charlie is crazier minus the drugs. Has anyone thought of the possiblity one or both of them are sick? My money would be on Locke, but Charlie is definately in a vulnerable state.
And Claire? I'm dissappointed in her. Why am I disappointed? Claire has had crazy wild dreams she believed to be important about the baby, and Charlie was the only one who openly expressed that he believed her. Claire doesn't even try to return the favor.
