So much has been said about the new Aero interface in Vista and how nice it is. Sure it is quite nice to look at but then I tried Beryl running on Ubuntu and now Vista seems old hat. For those who think Linux is just for the skilled hobbyist, you should try Ubuntu, it is much simpler to use than Linux of old and with much more software available for it. Read more »

What a joy it was to see Clarkson returning to do this one off documentary last night. For those who missed it, it described the British commando raid on St Nazaire in France during WWII. Clarkson was the perfect person to present this, I really can't imagine anyone else carrying the off the plucky Britsh effort in the face of certain defeat quite as well as he did.Just brilliant, lets have a few more please.
