Well I've been wanting to learn how to play guitar for forever now. And today I realized that I've never wanted anything more in my entire life. Sarah also came to that same realization. Neither of us were exactly sure what we wanted to do with our lives, but now I think I know. We want to learn guitar, get damn good at it, then get some other people together and start a band. I just know thats what I want to do. If I can get a cheap accoustic by around christmas time then I'll have at least pwned the basics by summer and during the summer I can play every day and master it. I'll have a job by then and once I get super good I'll save up for a Les Paul. It would have to be an Epiphone though.. an authentic Gibson is at least 500 more.
I'm still gonna have to go to college but I'd play on weekends and whenever I could. But I just know this is what I wanna do. I thought I wanted to go into marine biology but I'm not good enough at math to do that. I feel like having to do it because It's my job would take the fun out of it. But doing something in music for a living? I've always considered that. and this is just perfect. I really feel that this is what I wanna do. it may sound rediculous seeing as I dont even know how to play yet, but I want to learn more than anthing and I will. It's gonna happen. We even know what our band is gonna be named lol. Skyline. I'm pretty excited. This isnt gonna be one of those things you dream about doing but never actually do. It's gonna happen.
But anyhow. Tomorrow sarah and I are gonna go hang out in a guitar store for like an hour. I'm pretty pumped. It should be pretty invigorating.
oh yeah and any of you play guitar hero 3? I've beaten like 80 percent of expert on quick play. but on career I cant get past the slash battle. if any of you have any tips that would be helpful =] but our wammy bar broke today! D: it has no spring in it anymore. it just kinda gave out. I can still use it but I have to actually grab hold of it to make it wave. The only reason the wammy bar would ever break is because of guitar battles. its that damn wammy shot. when you get hit with it you end up pounding on the wammy to make it let you play notes again. cause other than that theres never a time when I did anythig that would break the wammy. pfft
But anyway school is going fine. not good just fine. I'm definitely sleep deprived though. as always.
BUT! sarah, my brother, and I are officially going to Nan Desu Kan in denver! in TWO weeks thats monster close! I'm so fvcking excited you donttt even know the half of it! Vic Mignogna is gonna be there as well as Chris Patton, Monica Rial, and Caitlin Glass! kdfljgdklfjgdkflgj excitement!!

I really should be doing my hw... procastination is a curse i tell you!
Well I just finished my beck theme! even the quote in my about me is beck (: im proud of it.
I HATE SCHOOL. Its not even like the actual school part that kills... its the sleep deprivation. I just about fall asleep every day in 2nd hour. Like I literally begin to fall out of my desk and then i jerk awake. ahh worst feeling in the world. all you want in the entire world is just to sleep. but you cant and its horrible lol. and at the rate im going tomorrow is going to be no different.
I wouldnt be so tired if i didnt have to wake up at 6 am to go to drillteam (dance team) practice -_- we practice out on the soccer feild with the band. Were getting ready for halftime shows during football season. We use flags and everything. Its not that bad till when we get 15 minutes to run up to the school, speed walk at a calf burning pace way across the school to the locker room, get changed, and I have to speed walk back the opposite way to a way far away room for european history and somehow do that with out being late and looking semi presentable to the world. Its very distressfull. Though thursday is the holy day of the week on which we do not have morning practice. I cant wait till after tomorrow.
But besides that the only thing is hw.. ugh i need to go do that right now.
I've been away for much too long. I'll probably blog again tomorrow and try to catch up with people (:

Yes. outrageous xD
Ive gotten about 5 hours of sleep in the past 2 days. The first night i was just up reading till all hours and then i slept for like maybe an hour before school. the FIRST day of school. After that i got coffee on the way home and read more and worked more. till about 12 when i fell asleep. Luckilly my brother came and woke me up around 3 before he went to bed and i got up and worked till about 6ish. I got 2 parts of the 3 part assignent done. I slept for then like 30 minutes before i got up for school this morning.
I cant believe im still awake? I'm about to go crashhh.
our english teacher let me turn in the 2 i had done and just turn in the other one on monday. I'm not excited for monday. omgg. not excited.
but anyways ill talk to you all later. im gonna go get some sleeeeeeep.

I'll be back like maybe on friday I suppose. I have to magically read and do an entire summer project on this book in about 2 and a half days. Fun stuff. summer must officially be over cause the next couple days are just gonna be schoolwork. Hopefully the book will end up being good and it wont be too hard to get into it? hopefully. Wish me luck.
I'll miss summer.

I'm super glad band camp is over. On friday night when it was over I went to a lock in with my church's youth group and stayed up till 7. Not sure if that was the best idea? lol. We went to this place were you could bowl, laser tag, go cart, DDR, or pretty much anything. We were there for FOUR hours. Till 2 am. I pwned some air hockey and had a pretty eventful game of pool with my brother. fun stuff.
Then we went back to the church and some of the older guys in the youth group who basically all play or used to play in bands rocked it out in the main room. One of the guys during his guitar solo played behind his HEAD. It was pretty badahss. Then we went to the gym (theres a gym in a seperate building) and basically did whatever till sunise. Guys played random basketball and all the noobs actually slept (hah who sleeps at lock ins? lol) There was some rock band going on in the corner but mostly people just sat and talked. And there was this totally cuteee guy. He basically looks like the hot guy from a random band. You know the guy thats way hotter than the rest of them? thats what he looks like xD He has flawless hair, wears converse, and obviously has good taste in music cause I saw him wearing a zeppelin shirt once. I must get to know this kid xD
But yeah afterwards I got home and crashed just about when my head hit the pillow. I slept from like 7am till 6pm. It was intense.
hmm today I feel like i should do something about this coconut phone level that I'm on. Even though if im not mistaken the next level is bow flex which has a super awkward icon -_- but nevertheless I think im gonna write a few reviews and maybe do some contributing hopefully that will bump it up a bit.
I also think im gonna do some writing tonight. I havnt written anything on my story since like july. I need to fix that. Cause if im not mistaken something pretty good is about to happen xD

Light Yagami, he is your typical valedictorian high school student. He comes across a notebook in the schoolyard. It says death note on the front. Inside it says "The human who's name is written inside this notebook shall die." and at this he thinks it must be some sort of much too well thought out joke and sets the book down and begins to walk away. However, curiosity gets the better of him and he ends up taking it home. There are several rules written inside the notebook and after reading them he decides to test the notebook on a criminal being shown on the news. He writes the name in the notebook and waits 40 seconds and the criminal instantly dies of a heart attack. He decides that he is going to use this notebook to kill all the evil in the world and create a new world that he would become the god of. Ryuk a Shinigami or God of Death, reveals himself to Light as the previous owner of the notebook and tells him that no one can see him unless they touch the notebook. As it happens he had dropped the notebook into the human world because he was bored. Light begins to kill as many criminals as possible and soon the public begins to recognize his killings as the work of "Kira". In no time the police force begins to investigate and this is where L comes in. L is the leader of the police force. He is a genius beyond compare. Light is the only person who could come even close to L's deductive skills. Light happens to be the son of Soichiro Yagami the Chief of the police force. As the investigation continues L soon comes to suspect Light to be Kira. And the game of chess is on. L and Light both know what move the other is going to make long before they make it. They know when the other is lying, what they are thinking, and what every action they make means. Tsugumi Ohba is brilliant for thinking this up. It sounds ridiculous, a notebook that kills people, yet he makes it into one of the most intriguing things you could ever think of. He knows exactly how the human mind works and what to do to keep anyone immensely interested, surprised, and wondering about what will happen next all at the same time. Death note is a mind anime. So much thought went into it and everything in that show happens for a reason. So much symbolism is used, it all fits so well. Tsugumi Ohba was very realistic of what a human would do if they got a hold of the notebook and what happens when the first move you ever make is a move that will never work. Everything about this show is just truly phenomenal. The characters, the story, and all of the incredible plot twists that occur. Tsugumi Ohba knew what he was doing and he created possibly the most epic anime the world may ever see.

Tohru Honda, she is the epidemy of selflessness. She goes out of her way to be kind and helpful to anyone and everyone around her. She never does anything for herself and is constantly thinking about others. She had lost her mother in a car accident. Her mother was the entire world to her, but she never let anyone know how much she suffered. Not wanting to trouble anyone else she decides to live out in the woods in a tent because she now had no where to live. One day while on the way to school she came across a house and on the front porch were little figures of animals from the Chinese Zodiac. As she was looking at them Shigure the man who lives in the house comes and talks to her and Tohru soon finds out that she is camped out on their property. Once they hear about her conditions they graciously invite her to live with them. Cooking and cleaning in exchange for a room. Shigure is the adult of the house, and his nephews Kyo and Yuki are both Tohru's age. Yuki is quiet, polite, and shy. However, he is the most popular guy in school. Kyo is short tempered and tends to be rude even though his intentions are good. He mostly keeps to himself but absolutely hates Yuki and they are constantly fighting. Shortly after Tohru moves in, during an unlikely rather chaotic chain of events she finds out that Shigure, Yuki, and Kyo are all animals of the Chinese Zodiac. Shigure the dog, Yuki the rat, and kyo the cat. The Sohma family is a family where everyone is an animal of the Zodiac. They are normal humans until someone of the opposite gender hugs them and they turn into their animal. Tohru has to keep this a secret though. She is the only one who knows about the secret of the Sohma family. So the show proceeds to tell about Tohru's chaotic yet wonderful time living at the Sohma house. She meets other Sohmas and changes them all in a touching way. This show is so sweet. It is very heartfelt and has some really great comedy at the same time. It has some romantic twists and scenes that will make you cry. It's a show you can't help but love. It is so touching how selfless Tohru is even though she has been through so much. It is a very uplifting show and it makes you want to be a better person. It really changes you and makes you realize what real genuine kindness is. I absolutely love this show and I think more people should watch it because it is truly great. I mean sure I love violent fighting shows just as much as anyone but this anime has the potential to change the life of every single person who watches it. Natsuki Takaya really used her writing skill in a great way to send an amazing message to everyone who watches her anime or reads her manga.

Mushishi is definitely the most imaginative and completely original anime I have ever seen, besides Miyazaki's films of course. I keep comparing Mushishi to Miyazaki's work because it's very much like something Hayao Miyazaki might create. Mushishi has gorgeous animation, breath taking music, and a mindboggling storyline that's unlike anything you've ever seen. It's certainly not your normal anime. It's very different in a refreshing kind of way. It's very interesting and makes you think about things in a differnt way that most anime does not accomplish with their action and violence. Ginko the main character of the story, he is extremely logical and a very likable character and is what they call a Mushi Master. Because of what he is he attracts mushi if he stays in the same area for too long. So he never stays anywhere for much time. He travels about the land studying and learning as much as he can about mushi while at the same time helps anyone who is having mushi related problems. What is a mushi you ask? It's kind of hard to understand but they are basically the purest most basic forms of life there are. They can cause illness, disasters, magical phenomina, and even take on human form. Most all of them are harmless but some are deadly if the proper cure for the problem is not known. Ginko helps and changes the lives of many people on his journeys and by the end of the show you really come to always trust that what he's doing is right. He's really a great character. Ginko is voiced by Travis Willingham who is phenominal and does a wonderful job as the part. Each episode is like it's own individual story, each one is about different scenerios that occur along his journey, after every one it feels almost like you just watched a good movie. There's a tiny bit of comedy but there really is not much action or romance or anything like that but this anime is living proof that shows dont have to have a popular genre to make them completely interesting and great to watch. It really is just a beautiful series that has a lot of things going for it. I highly suggest it if you're looking for something out of the ordinary.

Ever since I first heard his voice as Edward Elric on FullMetal Alchemist, I have been in love with him. He makes all his characters just really stand out. He can play any kind of character too. Edward (Fullmetal Alchemist) the teen, Yukito (Air) the adult, Fai (Tsubasa) the optomistic sweetheart, Dark (DNAngel) the mysterious flirt, Gawl (Generator Gawl) the tough guy with a deep side, Ikkaku (Bleach) the violent warrior, and even Kurtz (Full Metal Panic!) the typical perve. All his dubbed characters turn out perfect. He can show such incredible passion with just his voice it is just amazing how well he portrays his characters. When he is playing a character he isn't Vic Mignogna anymore, he really makes himself the character. He usually doesn't change his voice much for different characters he plays, he tweaks his voice just enough to fit them kind of person they are. He thinks about how the character would say something, not how he would say it and he makes a certain inflection for every character's voice that always fits them perfectly. Not all voice actors can pull that off. He really cares and puts a lot into his work. Not only is Vic an amazing voice actor, his singing voice is heavenly. He is very musically talented. He has vocal albums and a beautiful piano album. All of his songs he composed, arranged, and performed himself. He gives me goosebumps every time I hear him sing, I love all of his songs. At first I just loved his work but once I learned more about him I realized there was so much more to him. He is a very down to earth kind of guy and doesn't let his fame go to his head even though he probably has the record for having the most fangirls of anyone ever xD He would be great to just hang out with, he is so fun and has a great sense of humor not to mention the fact that he is super cute and has the greatest smile. He loves joking around with his friends and fans and he's really just a fun guy. He is so open to meeting new people and interacting with his fans. He is also very smart. He is very intelligent and you can tell that when he speaks. He always has interesting things to say and he really knows what he's talking about when he talks about voice acting. He is so dedicated to his fans and loves to make them happy, he will do nearly anything for them. He is extremely strong in his faith as well, it is really uplifting to hear him speak, he has made me cry before. I once watched a video where his mom presented him with the birthday book that she and the Risembool Rangers put together. They all emailed his mom letters for him and she formatted them and bound them into a book. He was so touched he got teary and started talking about how he knows that when he meets god that god wont say "hey good job with that Ed character.", he will say "You have made such a wonderful difference in so many people's lives." He really has made a difference in my life. I still have yet to meet him but he has made me a better person. His passion and dedication for everything that he does, it is so uplifting and it makes me want to live my life a better way. He has inspired me to become stronger in my faith and a stronger person overall. I love Vic Mignogna and everything about him. He does such great things with his fame. He is so much more than just a voice actor, he is a really genuine person and he changes lives every day. He is definitely my hero forever.

Edward and Alphonse Elric live a joyful childhood whith thier mother who means the world to them, she is what makes thier life amazing. Thier father was always away so thier mother was all they had besides thier friend Winry Rockbell. Thier mother falls ill and she dies leaving Ed and Al devastatedly heartbroken. They begin to train and study Alchemy. They are going to try and bring her back. Finally they think they are ready. That fateful night they had everything set up perfectly, or it would have been perfect if it were possible to transmutate a life. They tried and Ed lost his right arm and most of his left leg, but Al lost his body. Ed quickly creates a seal with Al's blood and seals Al's soul into the suit of armor before he is gone forever. Their transmutation did not work, alchemy has laws and it's first law is equivilent exchange, to obtain something of equal value must be lost. They would have had to give thier life to return thier mother's. They did not know the consequence that they would be punished with for what they tried that night, or they would not have tried at all. Edward and Alphonse, all they have are eachother now. Their losses making their bond ever stronger. They burn down their old house and all the memories it held, their only goal now is to return their bodies to their original forms. Ed does not so much care that his body is returned to normal, his first priority is getting Al his body back for Al has lost much more than him. Their greatest fear is the unbearable thought that something fatal should happen to the other, they would do anything for each other. They both become skilled alchemists blessed with their father's talent. Winry, thier childhood friend has become a skilled mechanic and builds Ed automail, which are mechanical limbs that are attatched to Ed's nervous system so that he can move them. Ed impressivly is able to do alchemy without a transmutation circle. They hear that nearly anything can be done with the power of a philosphers stone, so they set off to find it in hopes of returning their bodies to normal. This anime is amazing in every way. The characters are so strong and admiarble. The voice actors are incredible, they bring out the emotion that this series is trying to show. Some of the funniest lines you will ever hear can be quoted from this show. It can go from being hilarious one moment to serious and emotional the next, but it can pull it off in a way only this show can. The story line and the emotional hardships that these characters have struggled through and the fact that they still manage to carry on, it is just so touching. One of the best quotes I have ever heard came from this show "You've got a good strong pair of legs, you should get up and use them." This show, it can change how you see the world, it can change how you see people, it can change what kind of person you want to be, but however it changes you, if it does at all, it will be for the better. It is an absolutely amazing show I love everything about it. I hope you watch it, you would not regret it.
