    my story:
    A description of me.... ok.... Short, boring, lazy and obnoxious. Stay at home mom, wife, daughter, sister, niece, grandaughter, friend, enemy, alien, psychopath, etc. I crack my knuckles and I don't eat anything healthy. My hair is always tangled and my feet are always dirty. I take way too many pictures of my son and too few of myself. I watch TV.

    • Children of the Gods (Stargate SG-1) inconsistency

      I tried to submit what is OBVIOUSLY an inconsistency (the gate being off then mysteriously on again without a DHD) to the Trivia for the series pilot of Stargate SG-1, but apparently the editor isn't willing to consider my submission because it and its buddies already decided that Apophis used a remote dialing device.The explination of Apophis having a remote dialer seems flimsy at best and highly improbable.Firstly, how many Goa'ulds have we known to have remote dialers? Honestly, how many? I know that in the episode "1969", Old Cassandra had one... the Asgard have them... the Nox might (unless the Nox are just doing the "magic" they do when they wave their hand and activate the gate)... but a Goa'uld? I can't recall any that had one besides, apparently, Apophis for this ONE... Read more »

    • Law & Order doing Schiavo

      I followed that case really closely and if Law & Order had actually been interested in mirroring the real events, they didn't do it very well. I realize they changed it to make it more showish, but... come ON, they didn't even mention that the Terri character didn't have a snowball in hell's chance at recovering since the real Terri's brain was basically Jello pudding and had been for years. Her real family was either delusional or in denial or hyping the whole thing up for media attention... whatever it was, they weren't accepting the reality that Terri was NEVER coming back - it was a medical and physical impossibility.       I should write in it.I seem to like nerdy guys from TV shows...Warrick Brown and Greg Sanders of CSI, Daniel Jackson of Stargate SG-1, Mulder from the X-files, Spike from Buffy...... ok, Spike isn't a nerd at all, but... well... ok I MOSTLY like nerds.Warrick and Daniel, though, they're my favorites.
