Well I just returned from seeing Harry Potter and the goblet of Fire on an Imax screen. I must say that it was an excellent movie and would recommend anyone to go see it. The dragon scene was truly incredible better then the book. Dan did a good job acting he has greatly improved since the sorceress stone. I was disappointed that we weren’t able to see a tad more of the quiddtich world cup. Sirius in the fire is nothing like I picture when I read the books. I thought the graveyard scene was extremely well done it was nice to see Jason back in the role of Malloy sr. I still enjoy the book more but that probably because there is more detail. Though I think they did a good job with this movie that one who hasn’t read the book wouldn’t be lost, unlike in POA. I look forward to seeing Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix which is set to come out in June 2007 , which Dan, Emma and Rupert will be in. I also look forward to reading the 6th books sometime before classes start back up in January.
It sure was horrible that plane crash that happened today , my heart and prays go out to the families. It just goes to show you never know when your time will be up.

Lost
I must say I am just so excited about the Lost season two premiere ;7 days from this Wednesday. It’s the show I am anticipating seeing the most, see what the survivors find this season , what new things we learn about them and they learn about each other. I also cant wait to see Sawyer again he is my favorite character, not only is he easy on the eyes but he is such a mysterious character, of course it could be said that for all the characters but there’s just something about Sawyer.
I have'nt read, any spoilers for the show. Last season ender I thought was really great and hope season 2 starts off just as well.

Hot diggit
Well gosh the Summer just flew by seems like only yesterday it was early June, and now we are almost to September . I’m once again back to classes for what will probably be my last Year. I have a really strange schedule this year, all of my classes (6) excluding my Gym class only meet once a week, today I had a 4 hour class that’s on Adobe photo shop, Indesign cs, illustrator cs its not that bad we get a 30 minute break. Many of my classes are late afternoon evening. On Thursday night I have one class from 4:50pm to 7:20, 10 min break and another one at 7:30 to 10pm I lucked out because these two classes are in the same class room, well at least for now I have had times where teachers have switched classrooms.
The one good thing about summer ending is TV series starting back up. I’m looking forward to seeing my three favorites shows returning 7th heaven, Everwood and Lost. As well as catching episodes of House, Reba, and Law and Order SVU when I can. This year I am looking forward to checking out Invasion , as well Twins.
This coming Saturday I will be going on a float trip with some people I volunteer. I’m looking forward to it haven’t been on a float trip in about 4 years. We’ll be floating on Sunday, camping out on Saturday well me and 3 other ladies have split a hotel room
I have yet to read Book 6 of Harry Potter, I’m currently rereading book 5, and am on chapter 5. I’m really in no rush though since I figure it will be 2 –3 years or more before we see book 7, and that will be the last book. I have been avoiding posts, message boards, websites on Harry Potter not wanting to take one change that I will read a spoiler. I hope to get to it sometime in September, I’m actually going to read it out loud to my parents, I read all previous 5 books to them aloud in summer of 2003. I was going to read HBP to myself first, but I thought it would be neat if we both were surprised. That way this time if they ask me what’s going to happen I can honestly say I don’t know. Then of course after that I’ll be reading Eldest probably aloud again, as I started reading Ergaon to my dad, t his past spring and then half way in my mom got into it, so now they are both excited and eager to see what happens to Ergaon
Good luck to any people who are starting back to school, be it Middle school, high school or college (heck even grade school)
I'm getting used to tv.com after a couple months of using it. I sometimes miss Tvtome, but this place has got some cool features.

2nd Entery
Well today I made a resume and worked on a Cover letter sheet for it. I figured its time to go out and try and get a job of some sort, I found an ad in the paper, and I am going to send my Résumé in and hopefully I will get some response for an interview. The work world sucks especially when you don’t have much experience, someone has to be willing to give you a change and many people don’t want to , or want someone with more experience. I’ll keep looking at the paper and any help want signs at stores.
Tonight I caught the second episode of Lost; I thought it was really good, I am glad ABC is rerunning the shows. I only got into Lost in December when it was having reruns then, though I did miss the pilot that 2nd time around. Then Jan I had a 10 week class during the time the show was on, and only caught the last 3 shows of the season, so I am really happy to be able see some of the reruns this summer, and I will defiantly be getting the season 1 dvd when it comes out. Only 36 days till Half Blood Prince, I have got to get reading more on my current novel so that I can re read all 5 HP books, at this rate I probably wouldn’t get around to reading HBP till Aug sometime, which will push Eldest till sometime next fall maybe even Dec before I get to read it. I’m cutting down on visiting my HP/Ergaon related groups/websites so that I don’t accidentally read a spoiler , some people are bad at posting spoilers they get all excited and forget that its incuriosity.
I was quite pleased to learn a few days ago that one of my favorite actors David Gallagher will be staring in an upcoming movie called The Picture of Dorian Grey, and it seems extremely likely that David will be in the main role as Dorian Grey

It’s not the safest place in fact there is a lot of gang violence in the area. Eddie wants to make it a better place and feels he and his family can achieve this. They end up buying a house that was formally a crack house and fix it up. Just in one episode I can tell that this is a show that isn’t going to be afraid to tackle some tough topics some people might find it odd that it is on the Family Channel, I don’t at all I think this a great family show for people who have kids in their pre teens to teens to enjoy as a family. There are becoming very few family shows left and its just nice to see a new show that has good writing, good acting and make you feel for the family, least that how I felt after only an hour with this people.

White Fang Avg Score: 6.49 Total Ratings: 14 Total Reviews: 1 |
The show isn’t horrible, the acting and storyline are pretty mundane though. I don’t think Jamiz Woolveet should have been cast as Matt Scott though. The reason being as I was watching I just had this feeling he was way older then the character who was 15. I wasn’t shocked to find out that he was about 25 or 26 when the series was made. I defiantly think some one younger or at least more believable could have been cast. That’s not to say someone in their mid to late 20’s can’t pull off a teenager because they can just look at Sarah Drew (Everwood).
The show revolves around Matt Scott whose family moves from the city out to the country and he rescues a half wolf/half dog , White Fang. They have various adventures through out the series with both showing devote loyalty to the other.
Its defiantly not a show for everyone, I think some families with young children would enjoy it, and just someone who likes something with a dog in it. Again the show isn’t something you’d watch if you want to see the best acting and storylines but for a lazy day, grab a bag of popcorn and just take it all in stride.

The Simpsons Homer Alone Avg Score: 8.79 Total Ratings: 176 Total Reviews: 8 |
Marge goes off on her own vacation as a result of just be stressed, feeling underappreciated by her family. Bart and Lisa end up going to stay with Marge’s sisters. While Maggie stays at the house with Homer. It’s funny to see Homer so clueless on how to care for Maggie with out Mommy there. Which I think is probably true for most daddys when baby or young child is left soley in their care with out Mommy for the first time. Maggie ends up missing her mother so much that she goes off to search for her. Her poor father is frantic and doesn’t know what to do , when he cant find her.
Meanwhile Bart and Lisa had a scary time at their Aunts apartment and were more then happy to go.
I think this episode had a lot of meaning in it because sometimes in life I think people do take someone close to them for granted. Sometimes it good to just step back and let the person know you appreciate them.

The Simpsons Bart the Murderer Avg Score: 9.03 Total Ratings: 202 Total Reviews: 11 |
Bart has a terrible day Santa’s little helper eats his homework, he missed the bus, had to walk to school while it was raining the rain stopped when he got in the school. During recess his pants ripped in front of everyone, to top it off he forget his permission slip to go on a filed trip to some chocolate factory. Had to stuff envelops with the principle. When he went home even more bad luck came his way,it started raining agian, he was splashed by water by the returning school bus, his skate board broke, and he feel down a flight of stairs. That’s where he meet the Mifia, and became their bartender. When Bart was late for work because his principle had given him a detention. The Mob paid a visit to Skinner, and the disappeared, it was though he had been knocked off, Bart was even tried, where the “Family” basically said it was all his doing and that he was their leader etc. It turned out Skinner had had a large pile of newspapers fall on him and had been trapped in his own garage the entire time.

The Simpsons Stark Raving Dad Avg Score: 8.71 Total Ratings: 228 Total Reviews: 15 |
I thought this was a good episode of the Simpson’s. Lisa will soon be turning 8 and she really wants a present from her brother. Who as typical puts it off and Lisa is deeply hurt by it; in the end with the help of “Michael Jackson” he writes a song for his sister. I thought the song was really cool and catchy.
Homer mean while was sent to an insane Asylum, which had to do with him wearing a pink shirt to work, that’s where he meet the man who thought he was Michael Jackson.
