I'm an EDITOR!

I'm quite surprised by this but I always thought it might happen one day.

I'm now the Editor for Erica Durance who is most well known for playing Lois Lane on Smallville.

The icon/badge is pretty cool too.

Bowflex Button/Level 26!

I just went up another level again! The button looks cool! I actually want to get a bowflex someday but they do cost lots of $$$!

If you'd like to level up fast too here's some advice.

- Contribute a lot; even the little things count like the production code of an episode or easy things like finding quotes of celebrities

- Review a show, person or episode of a show; it doesn't have to be long, but say what you really think about it

- Have a favorite show? Then start rating the episodes out of 10 for ALL of them; this is a good way to level up especially if it's for lower levels, also I've noticed that although many people rate a show itself but not it's episodes I know it takes quite a bit of time (like shows that have more than 100 episodes for example), but you don't have to do it in one go, do like 5-10 episodes a day or something like that and you'll eventually see the payoff, if you have time to chat on this site, you have time to rate an episode

WOW! One of the best episodes this season and definitely in this series. I also think think episode will now be a personal favorite of mine from now on. It has MANY iconic moments like Lois Lane as a Pulitzer winning reporter for the Daily Planet, Lex Luthor as President of the United States of America, Jimmy Olsen famed photographer and even the bow tie (lol) and Clark Kent BRIEFLY wearing the disguise with the fancy suit and glasses! Tom Welling also directed this episode and IMO did an AMAZING job just like the times he did "Fragile" and "Hydro" only this was A LOT better. :) I kind of hope he gets an award for it, I'm not saying an Emmy but there are other awards out there. Anyways A HUGE step up from last week's disappointing episode (it really was a "Sleeper" HAH :P), and I always love hearing Terrance Stamp's Jor-El voice which we haven't heard since "Persona". Episodes without Lana Lang are always better but at least a pic of her was shown. I also liked seeing former Sheriff Nancy Adams again and also seeing a pic of Martha and Jonathan Kent. :) Brainiac returns and was awesome as always, James Marsters is very talented. I loved how their was a lot of Clois (Clark and Lois) moments in this episode and how Lois was kind of crushing him. Not sure if it's just me but it seems every time Tom Welling directs there are a lot of Clois moments. I LOVED seeing a red sun and Krypton the planet! I remember it being referenced as an ice planet as true to word it was blue! Baby Kal-El was adorable and I liked how the writers had Kara's original task to kill Kal-El just like in one version of the comics. The special effects were REALLY GOOD! Hope this episode nabs some awards because it deserves it. Guess all the $ not used in "Sleeper" was used for "Apocalypse" which was well worth it IMO. Anyways I'm sure you're tired of reading my rant so I'll just end this by saying that this is a 10/10 episode and for a 150th episode it was SUPERB! :D

This is one of the best comedies I've seen in years!!! I love it! In a way it's an updated version of Seinfeld and it's hilarious. I never watched it before thinking it was a stupid show but I gave it a chance and watched all the episodes online. Wow! I was blown away. Some episodes had me laughing out loud and and other time I had sore sides from laughing so much. The whole cast is excellent! Josh Radnor as Ted Mosby is perfect and just a character you come around to love. Jason Segel as Marshall Eriksen is excellent since he always has some kind of hilarious situation. Cobie Smulders as Robin Scherbatsky is not only HOT but also a great character since she's always the jokes of being Canadian (something I can relate to since I'm Canadian too!). Alyson Hannigan as Lily Aldrin is really good and I never would have expected such a good performance after seeing her in the American Pie films. Neil Patrick Harris as Barney Stinson is THE BEST EVER! He's the modern day Cosmo Kramer and he's even more funnier on HIMYM (How I Met Your Mother) than Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle if you can believe that! Bob Saget's role is the Future Ted Mosby (Voice Only) and I really liked him too. Viewers can occasionally see Ted's children (2030) on a couch and hear him talking to them, telling the story of how he met their mother. Alternatively we can just see scenes from previous shows or shots of New York City with Ted narrating over the top. Many people probably assume because it's on CBS that it's a "bad" show but they're completely wrong. I think a lot of people are still unaware of this show so spread the word! There's always original and interesting stories happening, and this show also has a good number of famous celebrities as guest stars too. This show has also been nominated for 3 Emmy's (Outstanding Art Direction for a Multi-Camera Series, Outstanding Cinematography for a Multi-Camera Series and Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series; Neil Patrick Harris) so this shows that at least critics love them (and they usually hate a lot of things). Definitely one of the best comedies on TV right, if not THE BEST! Also one of my personal favorite shows and now I'm a hardcore fan and watch every new episode. This show also has some great catch phrases like "Have you met Ted?" and "Suit up!". IMO there are no bad episodes, only flawless ones! Watch this show, give it a chance like I did! 10/10

I'm pretty surprised about all the negative reviews for this episode. I suppose many Smallville fans felt cheated that Clark didn't really have flying lessons or even attempt to try but you have to remember that this episode was re shot after the writers strike was settled and certain plots were shifted to future episodes, so I can at least forgive the writers.

Anyways I really liked this episode. Yes I'll admit it wasn't what we all hoped for and it wasn't the greatest episode of the season but it still had many good things in it.

I really liked Lois and Jimmy teaming up (just like in the future) and how if you look closely in their first scene, you can see Jimmy ogling Lois' cleavage. LOL The opening scene of this episode was pretty awesome too. Clark was able to overcome Brainiac with just one hit. Awesome special effects right there and proof that Clark is getting stronger.

Another scene I enjoyed was when Brainiac totally messed up Lana. That was REALLY BAD ASS! I also really liked the flashbacks of the Veritas group and I really liked the tribute to Christopher Reeve and his character Virgil Swann when the wheel chair was shown. All the kids were really cute too (young Lex, Oliver, Jason and Patricia). I also really liked how the newspaper of Robert Queen's death was shown just like in the Pilot.

Even though many viewers were probably pissed that Clark didn't even attempt to fly after Brainiac and Kara when they left, you got to love the expression on Brainiac's face. IMO he must've been thinking "Pathetic Kryptonian, you're a disgrace to our race!" LOL Brilliant!

It seems Lionel has been cut off by most of the characters and on their part it was pretty stupid that they didn't even listen to hear what terrible thing was coming. But John Glover's acting was fantastic!

Where did Brainiac and Kara go? We'll have to wait and see. I thought that they may have gone into a boom tube (if you don't know what that is just wikipedia it).

Anyways a positive thing many fans should've liked even if they hated this episode (what's wrong with you?), is that it seems Clana (Clark & Lana) will be finished pretty soon (HURRAY!).

Excellent episode IMO, and it's too bad most people always look for "the worse" than the positive things in episodes. Also for anyone who actually thought Clark would fly in this episode, I'm sorry but you really aren't that smart if you thought so. "No Flight, No Tights". That rules sticks until the series finale or possibly the final season (season 8 NOT season 7). The best you should've hoped for was that Clark would've hovered or floated above the ground, NOT full controlled flying!

"Descent" looks really awesome and I can't wait to see Lex become the man he's destined to be. The trailers look amazing and freaky so I'll definitely tune into that episode.

An excellent episode in my opinion. Some very important plots in the Smallville mythology was revealed and I really liked how there was good continuity with past seasons and episodes. Clark's endurance, stamina and invulnerability were tested to the max in this episode, and this is seen throughout most of the episode. Patricia Swann was an interesting character with important info regarding the research of the deceased Virgil Swann. This episode also revealed the many sides of Lionel Luthor and even at the end, some questions are still left to be answered. The ending of the episode was somewhat expected but still pretty entertaining and I can't wait to see next week's episode, "Veritas". Also for all the complainers out there, you may be happy to know that Clark has taken another step and is getting closer to accepting his destiny. Chloe and Lana teaming up was pretty cool and Lex was fabulous as always. Kara getting her memory back was predictable (buy hey it had to happen eventually) but the special effects were still awesome and I liked the few seconds of "Superman" music you hear in this episode. One thing that I was a bit disappointed in was that there was no Terrance Stamp (Jor-El voice) but there will be more in the future episodes definitely. Anyways an episode I really loved that also had a significant improvement from last week's episode. I rate "Traveler" a perfect 10/10.

The best anime I have ever seen in my life just got better! This show has excellent voice actors and the fighting and violence are incredible. I grew up watching this show and years later I loved it even more when I saw the uncut version. This show also has humor, good plots and is very entertaining, what more do you want from a TV show? You would have had to live under a rock to have never heard of Dragon Ball Z because it is just that well known and influential. DBZ is a show that can be enjoyed for all ages. Anybody that hates this show really doesn't know what a good anime truly is and you need to open your eyes! In the older version of DBZ it was violent and amazing but a large portion of blood and mature jokes were edited out. In this version all the GOOD stuff is restored and the dialogue mistakes are now corrected. You should really watch all the available uncut episodes on DVD, not just these ones which only go up to 67 episodes. All missing footage and episodes are now restored and I'm glad they're making all 291 episodes since the original Japanese version had 291 but with the older DBZ series we only got 276. Anyways a perfect anime that I will always enjoy and remember forever!

About Me

Jackson_Holtorp
Hey my name is Jackson and like many of you on this site I like to watch TV. My top 5 favorite shows currently on TV are Smallville, Lost, Prison Break, How I Met Your Mother and Family Guy. Hobbies I do are Karate, Kobudo, Weight Training, Running, Table Soccer, Air Hockey and Wall Climbing. I'd like to try Parkour/Free Running/Gymnastics someday and maybe Boxing or Kick Boxing once I get my black belt in Karate and Kobudo (I'm a brown currently, almost there!). I also like to watch movies that are usually in the Fantasy, Action/Adventure and Superhero genre.
