Level 13 - To Infinity And Beyond!!!
Wahey, finally made it to Level 13 after nearly 2 months of Level 12. Hopefully my stay on this level will be slightly shorter. I would love to move on to a higher plain as soon as possible.
I wish I was dead, I've got two essays to do between today and tomorrow. Speaking of which, I should probably go focus on that...
Top 5 Songs - 6/4/2007
Posted by JasonQuigley, 04/06/2007 9:52am 2 CommentsAnother one of those Angry Blogs!!! I'm so mad right now!!!
Some smart **** of a moderator, gave me a TOS violation warning saying that my signature was offensive (you know the one of Claire from LOST, Michelle from 24 and Lois from Smallville, that I've had for months) and they deleted it, hence the new Scarlett Johansson signature. But some moderators go on power trips. I'm pretty certain I know who it was aswell. I'll have to keep my distance from the Angel forums in the future, which completely sucks because I had just started the whole 110 episode discussion thread thing. Now I can't even do that. I've gotten 4 TOS violations already today. I'm so mad, I could go Hulk at any moment. If it wasn't for the following calming melody from Duke Special, I'd be on the warpath;
Some mindless violence would go down nicely about now...
Usually, I don't let things vex me, but today for some reason, I've felt like punching anybody who has looked at me funny.
Some people are so arrogant and up their own a**, that they deserve a right kicking every time they open their big fat pie-holes.
What really bothers me the most is people on the internet starting arguments with people in forums that they don't even know. What is the point??? Why bother??? I think the people who start these arguments must have such a sh*t life, that the only enjoyment the get is from being unneccessarily venomous towards people that they've never met. Or possibly that person is the victim of bullying in the real world, so to make themselves feel better, they take out their anger on people who they'll probably never meet and therefore the person they insult will not be able to beat the living snot out of them.
I honestly feel sorry for these sad, sad, little people, but on the other hand I would really love to drop-kick them in the face, if the opportunity arose.

PS. My next blog will hopefully be less anger related and more fun, but in my defence some people really need to be taken down a notch or two and people should know that I am a person who is willing to put them in their place and I will not take crap from nobody.
So Long And Thanks For All The Fish (I'm Leaving TV.com)
Well, it's been fun while it has lasted guys, but I've decided to leave TV.com and the internet in general. It just takes up far too much of my precious time. I'm going to focus on my friends, my family and college. It has been nice eeting you all and perhaps our paths will cross again in the future.
So long and thanks for all the fish!!!

Father Ted Think Fast, Father Ted Avg Score: 8.43 Total Ratings: 32 Total Reviews: 1 |
Ted and Dougal have to come up with a plan to repair the roof of the parochial house. Dougal thinks the plan is to rob a bank, but Ted was thinking more along the lines of a raffle, so a raffle it is, but when Ted accidently destroys the prize, which is a brand new car, the lads have to come up with another plan, so they borrow a car identical to the one that they destroyed from Fr. Finnegan, the dancing priest, and fix the raffle so that Dougal will be the winner.
Of course nothing goes as planned and some hilarious antics follow.
This episodes also has one of the best one liners ever written in it. When Dougal is told that Fr. Finnegan has died of a heart attack, Dougal says; "Oh Right, Is there anymore Chipsticks?"
Glenn Quinn pulls a blinder in this episode as he plays his character, Allan Francis Doyle, for the last time.
Boreanaz and Carpenter also play the part perfectly for this tearjerker of an episode, but it is obvious that Quinn is stealing the show this time around.
The episode is beautifully scripted and well written and is a greatribute to Doyle's character, despite the controversy happening behind the scenes between Quinn and his producers.
Every true 'Angel' fan will always remember 'Hero' as a landmark episode on the show and is a fan favourite without a doubt.
Doyle will always be remembered as a true hero.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987) Avg Score: 8.53 Total Ratings: 1619 Total Reviews: 81 |
Not only did the Turtles have a great show, but they had a cracking theme song to go along with it and many people of my generation will agree to it being the best theme song ever.
Anyone considering buying the DVD's of this classic show, don't hesitate a second longer. Go out and buy them now and relive your childhood memories.

Land of the Giants Avg Score: 7.31 Total Ratings: 144 Total Reviews: 6 Users who agree: 2 |
I recently bought all 51 episodes on dvd and all the memories came rushing back.
Courageous captain Steve in his red jumpsuit, old reliable co-pilot Dan, scientific genious Mark, flirtatious vixen Valerie, stewardess Betty, eleven year old Barry, canine companion Chipper, the evil Inspector Cobeck and of course who could forget the bumbling, cowardly, loveable, german, scoundrel Fitzhugh.
The characters alone make good TV, but throw in some action packed scripts and you have yourself a masterpiece.
The only flaw in this Irwin Allen epic, was the lack of continuation or development of characters. Perhaps a cliffhanger at the end of an episode would have been nice or to see cast favorites Valerie and Mark fall madly in love for one another.
Overall though 'Land Of The Giants' should go down as a piece of history.

Father Ted Avg Score: 8.92 Total Ratings: 633 Total Reviews: 35 Users who agree: 1 |
I remember when I first saw 'Father Ted', I laughed so hard I nearly cried. Now, when I watch the re-runs on dvd, I laugh so hard I nearly wet myself.
Many a day I have spent with my friends quoting the three priests and there housekeeper, usually always ending in the above quote from Fr. Jack.
'Father Ted' never gets old, no matter how much you watch it and some of the jokes will go on to be quoted for centuries to come.
'Father Ted' was the beginning of something new, however it was unique and no other show has managed to capture the hearts of the viewers in the same way.
