Seriously now. I'm gonna be stuck with one word expressions : WOW... AMAZING... AWESOME... FUDGE... REALLY?? Can I please have some more?? Pretty please.
I'm gonna go over the whole thing but first, let's say that I loved it... almost every part of it, apart from one thing I'll mention later... oh yeah and maybe the fact that we really need longer episodes... 38 minutes is really too short when the stuff is that good. A major bonus I kept noticing is the fantastic use of music. Rock or instrumental it fitted perfectly everytime.

Now :
Seriously that chick jumping Bobby in his dream scared me... I wasn't expecting it!! HAHA You got me... Nice how the dream melded with reality when the housekeeper was shaking Bobby to wake him up... good move guys.
Just what's with those old cowboy style pyjamas Bobby??? Tell me it was just the top and not the whole long-legged one!

Kicking start scene in the bar with cool music blasting in the air... just like old Season1 times : THAT's how I love my Supernatural... Bring it on Baby.

... they wouldn't be far without love... and surely not facing that tricky situation. And now of course drunken!Sam, sorry sloppy!Sam is a major bonus !! Yah sure you always drink whisky at 2pm, alone in a run down bar waiting to hit on some not so sexy girl. We believe you Sam... nice try. Jared is really incredible at pulling that beaten-up-puppy face... you just want to run there and give him the biggest hug ever. Sam slowly considering giving up on his brother is heartbreaking, all that misery emanating from him... "maybe even Ruby can't stop it". Damm if you only knew... Glad Dean is finally able to keep that one secret for him so we get that added tension and unease. Those 2 guys are seriously doing an amazing job and they deserve so much more recognition than they're getting... it's a real shame. "How can you care so little about yourself... What's wrong with you?"... Oh man it's killing me. Once again though, they are spared the real serious conversation... and Dean is saved by the bell... damm sneaky writers! I love you.

How wrong is it to see Bobby lying dead still in a bed... he is indestructible-and-always-there-to-rely-on Bobby. Now it's up to the Boys to save him for once. See how they manage. It's nice to see the difference between the mighty clean and tidy room Bobby kept, compared to John's in the Pilot !!! HAHA. That speaks volume about the characters. Well ok, maybe it's just strange that the "real" police force didn't check the room and find the documents pined in the closet, but well... I'm not gonna hold that against anyone. ;) "Silene Capensis, which of course means absolutely NOTHING to me"... well sure Dean, but it doesn't make you less smart as Sam kinda dumped that on you and he didn't know much more either.
Sam gets to do the research... Dean gets to play detective again. Maybe not very up-to-date with his case, maybe not as much as "a very nice older man with a beard" (LOL Bobby... same tricks, Dean learned from the best who learned from the best... kind of...) but really quick to adjust: just like a cat, he always ends up on all fours. I always like that little insecure Dean trying to quickly think of something smart and efficient to respond. "hum... well... I'm not at liberty to say" But seriously, what girl could possibly resist Dean anyway, especially not "when it might go on you permanent record". Now a dude... that's another story.
That little test subject student, Jeremy... well I guess an IQ of 160 does come in handy when facing Dean Winchester posing as a detective named "Robert Plant" (Hehe... "Zeppelin Rules"!!). Yeah, ok the beer was all he needed, even "on duty", check the door, no one will tell... And did you see how he opened that one, using his ring, finally live on screen... Cool Man !! Now did I get the impression that our friend Dean had the opportunity to test that "most vivid super intense dream, like a bad acid trip, you know? Totally... I mean. No!!" Dean... did John know about that one ?? LMAO !!

Cut back to the Hospital on a nice little instrumental... and that look on Dean's face while sitting at Bobby's bedside... oh man... let me hug you (Yes, that epi made me want to give out free hugs all over). Little scientific stuff... geekboy is still sharp... and yes Dean, of course you believe in Legends, WTH ? If not you then who... which makes me think that maybe you guys should reconsider your position on unicorns... after all... sorry digression. Back to Bobby. My strong and valiant Bobby scared to (almost) death by a woman and left to hide in a closet... no that can't be right... screaming from the top of his lungs for help... That picture is so wrong, and yet it just makes me love the guy even more. Even Bobby can freak out and let the mask fall. Now we have to get Bobby out of there... of course usually the Boys would turn to Bobby for help. How ironic. But using the root... of course... entering Bobby's head.
"You want to go dream walking inside Bobby's head? - Yeah, why not? Maybe we could help.- We have no idea what's crawling around in there. - How bad could it be? - Sam: Bad! - Dude... it's Bobby!"
How much those 3 words can mean... "It's Bobby". Of course it's Bobby, Bobby Bear... the sweet, maybe a bit grumpy level headed guy that on the other hand knows so much about Demons that you might find interesting things in his head... but it's Bobby, and of course you have to do it for him. He would do it for you... He's the closest to a father you have now. No second thoughts.
Now how to get there. That is my only negative point in the episode and I admit I'm probably not objective since everyone knows I can't stand Bela, but is it just me or did Dean think of Bela just a bit too fast... I mean first I would have tried to see how the doc might have gotten his hands on some... wouldn't Ellen have come in handy there, I'm sure she might have been able to find out.. or Hell even Missouri if only they had taken the time to stay in touch with them. But no... 2 seconds and who does Dean think of ? Their now worst human enemy... the one chick that repeatedly puts them in danger and cons them, steals stuff from her... Come on. Ok to call her, but at least not in first intention. But well, crap if it has to be Bela, let it be Bela.

So Bela... nice idea to throw her in dream!Sam's arms... awkward... disappointing... but after all, I guess Dean is not the only one to be screwed-up in the head!! Well then of course how long has it been since Sam had some happy time. Hehe, guess he deserves the distraction and if it has to be Bela because they don't have that many chicks around... make it so.
I'm accepting this because of the HILARIOUS post-dream scene... OMK how could you... From Sam's happy face to the drool on his hand that he spreads when he suddenly realizes the horrible truth of his dream, from the cocky smile on Dean's face to the Brad Pitt allusion "No...NO!", from the discomfort on Sam's face at the mention of Bela to the "give me a sec", from Bela's "stripping" resulting in a slightly worried then relieved Sam to the kick-Bela-out scene and Sam's "it was... nice... to seeing you...Bela..." with a hint of WTF face on Dean. I have to say there is not much I would have wanted different in that scene. Of course... who would show the Colt to Bela like that... it's like offering it to her on a silver plate... Really Dean...
That scene though raises one question... Am I the only one finding that Bela's disturbing accent and over-articulating was very less noticeable in this episode than previously ?? Could it be that someone finally talked to her or that she found out by herself how annoying that was and that 90% of the fans were b!tching her for that... me first? I can't just have imagined that. It's like really the first thing I noticed in that scene... it made her a lot less annoying... Maybe because she was less arrogant as well. I don't know. I'm still not signing her up for more, but less annoying nonetheless. It's still a progress and better than nothing.

So finally Bela makes an appearance and actually has a purpose... wow major breakthrough. (more about that later) Nice that Dean at least has the decency to kick her out not so nicely... But let's make a little trip shall we? Drinking Bobby's hair... Haha I love the idea, even if I find it kinda yuky.

Entering Bobby's dream without noticing it and being in this strange place... heavy and dark atmosphere settling in slowly. Raining upside down, rooms changing when you turn around... it had this Twin Peaks flashback and I loved it. I'm wondering when the Boys will learn not to split on a hunt... lucky for them it turned out fine this time, but we came pretty close to losing Sam on that one again. Major kudos for Jim on handling scared Bobby so well and making the snapping-out-of-it moment so clear. Freaked Bobby one second and back-in-control Bobby the next one. Loved Dean asking Bobby to snap out of it while struggling with the door... funny touch in desperate situation. I'm not even gonna start on saying how touching Dean's speech was "I'm not gonna let you die/not gonna let you die... You're like a father to me". With the added echo effect... beautiful.
Sam outside in this super bright colour version of "Pleasantville" with the birds singing and the flowers, an insect facing a god-like. Great contrast with the grey/sepia-ish inside of the house.
What a way to wake-up freaked from a dream !!! Loved it, nice synchro there guys, makes me wonder how many times they had to redo that one !! Loved that Dean never let go of the mug... grants us another "what's that" face...

Finally facing Bobby in the hospital. One more emotional scene... come on guys... hug !!! But that look spoke volume about what they both feel one for the other. *sigh* This is draining me and I love it.
But thanks there's always Dean to bring back that touch of innocence and make us smile... dammed Dean... "Aww, I don't know. It wasn't that dumb. - Dean, you didn't. - I was thirsty." LOL!

Who loves a caffeinated Dean driving the Impala while another nice piece of music is playing!! ME! Contrasting with pretty calm Sam and Bobby. "cause I don't want you digging around in my head. - Too bad." Let's go for another dream-ride. I'm still trying to figure out if this was really the first time he dreamt of Lisa like that or not. He did seem genuinely surprise when seeing her, but then that look after turning back from Sam leaves me confused. I guess it did happen before and he was just not expecting to find her at that moment in this dream like that. Whatever, the best is yet to come. Once more I can't help but notice how well the music fits when Sam and Dean are running in the woods and Dean finds himself in the stretching corridor. Master transition. A friend (Hi Shine) brought to my attention how well the corridor with closed door suited Dean's mind. I didn't notice it but it so true. A secret safely hidden behind each door... And a major one behind Door #1.

Dean facing Inner!Dean. Time to let everything you kept bottled inside for so long finally surface. Your true feelings. About you, about your Life, about John, about your Death... Man Bobby was right when he said Dean was screwed-up in the head. Face your inner Demons... how more literal could that be. Still working on getting the whole story behind that confrontation scene. What Inner!Dean exactly represents, why Dean can't snap out of his Dream that easily. That's probably because he's really a part of him and not just memory brought back. You can't face and fight the truth that easily. Poor Dean when he realizes his actually trapped and not in control of his own dream anymore... you see him shatter right there, lost, insecure until he finally snaps. Man did you really hold all that back on John for so long... as much as it's true... it's painful to hear. "My Father was an obsessed bastard... *ouch*... I didn't deserve what he put on me... and I don't deserve to die" Finally !! There !! Was that so hard to see? Wow the intensity in that scene... goosebumps all over. But Dean you need to stop shooting yourself... I don't care liberating that feels, it's unhealthy. So Inner!Dean is dead... so of course it's time for Demon!Dean to show up. Things are never easy where Dean Winchester is concerned. I guess it's up to Sammy now to get you out of there.
Sammy facing Jeremy once again... but Sam has more than one ace in his sleeve. Talk about a reversal of situation... was that really all the root doing... Bobby has a point. By the way, should we count Jeremy as Sam's first official human victim. Sure he was a psycho, but still very much human. The more we progress in this season and the harder it is to make the difference between supernatural evil and human evil... maybe Demons aren't all that bad after all.

Now the big surprise comes in... Bela stole the Colt. Good that Bobby's there to punch in a nice line "check your pockets... Not literally". Lol... silly Boys. Don't we love them.
Dean's final admission to Sam that he doesn't want to die and go to Hell... now things are gonna change. Until the last second this episode is playing with our nerves... what with that final tag... Demon!Dean snapping his fingers with a gorgeous evil smile and that ends things. WOW WOW WOW.
Give me a second to breathe... I could watch those 3 seconds over and over again and still find it breathtaking.
Can you tell I watched the episode more than once ? And that I wont stop there ?

A few Questions & Sidenotes:
- Sam says: "where you're going... what you're gonna become..." - are we talking Hunted-&-Tortured-Soul-in-Hell what or Demon what ? 'cause Sam shouldn't know about the Demon part thing... or should he ?
- Why the raspy-low-unable to scream voices (Sam & Dean's) in Bobby's dream ? I'm having trouble figuring that one out.
- Bela had a purpose in this episode. Fine. But, since I'm THE Anti-Bela fan, I have to complain and worry about it. A lot of fans are complaining that with the Colt rebuilt (for what it's gonna help now LOL) the Boys now have that easy way out of a lot of situations and wont have to worry so much about using other methods... to which I point that the Colt was only used once since it was brought back by Ruby, and that was to kill Tammi... and so much for the help... So no the Colt is definitely not the ultimate kill-anything weapon. But back to Bela... should I start worrying now that on every occasion when the Boys are gonna need something out of the ordinary they're gonna turn to Bela... Bela do you have African dream roots? Bela can you locate Jeremy? Bela where is Gordon?... Seriously... I hope her stealing the Colt will finally be enough to teach the Boys a lesson. How much more do they need before they learn to stay away from her or to decide to get rid of her once and for all (legally of course... or not in public)? They mention in Mystery Spot that they should be hunting her down... I hope it's for "good" reasons. But I have to wonder how the writers are gonna be able to make her fit in future episodes... any new interaction between them would be ridiculous. Would they go to help her if she called them asking?... reminds me of a Wolf story... I sure would not. Would they turn to her for help again? They would definitely lose major credibility points and I would be very disappointed. Whatever happens they should not willingly turn to her... steal from her, fine. Trick her, eventually. I just hope she doesn't turn out to be Dean's last hope out of the Deal because that would be the lowest and hardest blow I could receive. So please Mr Kripke... don't resort to that... whatever, please... no. That would crush me.
- So Bela stole the Colt... of course, not much of a surprise there with the way they filmed the safe scene earlier, clearly exposing the Colt to her eyes. But wasn't Bobby last with Bela... so... shouldn't he have been paying attention to that while they were together in the room. Not that the Boys shouldn't have taken the Colt with them in the first place... you never know what you can come across... Some things not quite clicking together here, but well... Can't have a perfect world can we.
- Once more I'm enjoying the guest stars. G.Michael Gray is very convincing and manages to switch between normal student, freakin' psycho and scared little boy with amazing ease. Nice job casting people.

- 2 little continuity mistakes that are bugging me: Sam coming around the back of the house while in Bobby's dream & Dean closing his duffel and putting it in the trunk at the end. I know it's ridiculous, but it's jumping in my face every time. Can't we just cut those 2 scenes out :D

I'm done now... Once again I'm sorry it was so long, but once I start with Supernatural, I guess I really can't stop... I just hope that expressing everything this show is doing to me might give someone, even just one person the desire to look more into it and make it a new fan. :)

My review now... Haven't done one since this season's Premiere TMS and that review was far from all positive... How will this one turn out.

General Feeling :
AWESOME !! It kicked-a$$... we've being waiting 2 months for that... it was worth it. I had doubt about this season at the beginning, the one thing I'm sure now is that I don't have any of those left. I'm loving where we're heading and this one episode really taught us a lot about what we can expect... or what we think we can expect !! Haha, we should know better than to believe Kripke's way is straight and predictable !! There's always a twist somewhere along the road...

RUBY :
- It's breaking me to admit it but I really liked her part. Actually no, I never really had anything against the Ruby-Demon character, on the contrary she brings a lot to the show and we need her to fill us in on the Demon World, it's rules and subtleties. Even Bobby with all his knowledge can't know how things truly are with Demons... so I guess it helps to have an inside view on that. Now comes the question if we should trust her or not... only MrK knows.
- I didn't really like her first appearance here. I liked the interaction with the Boys though : the first meeting with Dean, I guess this is definitely how I pictured it (Dean's reaction I mean). But what about that arms crossed stance ?? It didn't go with the emotions I felt coming from her... I got some completely mixed up vibes there. So I guess once again I'm questioning more the actress here and maybe that's wrong, maybe I should question the writers/director on that one... Whoever, it felt not right. Not sure I'm making my point there... I'll skip to the next Ruby part.
- Ruby barges in the motel room, manhandles Dean, throws him on the bed, jumps on him and makes him drink that horrible looking stuff !! LMAO. Way to go girl !! Hehe. Totally enjoyed that part. Not sure what that throwing the sewed-off gun at "Short bus" was about... probably someway to tell him to move his a$$ in action and go help his brother.
- Ruby's confrontation with Tammy/Astaroth - mixed feelings on that one. The chatting part was pretty interesting and entertaining (anything to say Dean ? Lol). Useful infos and some nice interaction there. But the fight scene... nice to have a chick fight, I'm sure Dean appreciated, but I'm a bit disappointed by the resistance Ruby had to offer... I mean let's face it, she totally got her a$$ kicked !! She look really fragile and it's gonna be hard for her to pull the Big-Bad-no-Heart card now. Too bad Dean didn't get the line "I'm the guy who saved your a$$" - hehe, but considering what happened in the motel, guess it just sets the score. :P - The final Scene : it was perfect. I almost felt bad for Ruby and wanted to hug her... coming from me... big deal !! See the acting is unequal. Apparently KC can play the human part much better than the evil part, too bad for a Demon based character... she has 6 months to improve that now. Maybe she could seek advice from Nicky Aycox :) The interaction between Dean and Ruby was nice... it looked good on screen. Somehow you felt that they both shared that mixed-up / screwed-up in the head thing. They've both been damaged and are not over it yet. At the end of the scene, my first thought was : Poor Gal... I love Ruby !! Go you... help Dean and finally leave Sam out of the loop for once. Then of course I thought about it a bit more. That's when I started wondering if MrK was not once more playing tricks with our minds and trying to get us somewhere only to change direction later... Evil MrK... I love him but all this manipulation AARRGHHHH it's killing me !!! So here we are now. Ruby could be lying to Dean in order to get him to help get Sam where she wants it - the Darkside... or she could be telling the truth and really trying to keep Sam in the winning team... or it could be something in between... a lot of options there! And I'm loving it :twisted:

DEAN :
- I did not like the Dean part when they got to save Paul. He seemed off... I can't explain, it just felt awkward. :? Not impressed.
- Loved the fact that Dean showed some compassion for the rabbit LOL. Poor little guy.
- Dean is Sam's weakness he says... but Sam is definitely Dean's weakness and Ruby is surely using that for her personal agenda. It's nice to give lectures Dean, but follow your own advice ;)
- Dean talked about his precious Impala, the Metallicar as a "friggin car"... I'm utterly shocked !!
- Poor Dean, once again you're the one who gets hurt and suffer... I love it... Dean Angst is my drug, I can never have enough of it and I've been more than well served here ! :twisted:
- How cute was it to see Dean actually acknowledge that Ruby saved his life and sit there on the bed like a poor thing totally thrown off board, all marks lost. Not even able to give a proper answerback to "short bus"... sweet...
- Dean what was that eyebrow move during the Ruby/Tammy exchange... hmm... did you have some naughty thoughts there... Haha only Dean can remain Dean when pinned to a wall facing imminent death !!
- Why didn't you keep the Blade after killing Tammy... why ??!!
- the Heartbreaking End Scene... *sigh* probably one of my all time favorites and one that gets this episode in my top7 (maybe even top5 will need more thinking about it) Realization of the consequences and impact of his Deal finally comes and hit him full force. He really is leaving Sam alone behind to fight something more powerful and dangerous than they ever faced before. And to top this he's becoming something he hunted all his life, something he's been raised to kill... it's IMTOD all over again, just even worse. I guess he was more or less ready for the suffering but didn't see beyond it. This is big... end of Dean big.

SAM :
Sam Sam Sam... What is this whole kill everyone human or not?
I love this episode because all our characters were emotional wrecks !! Dean, Ruy and Sam.
Sam trying to toughen up, to be more like Dean, to not think twice about collateral damage... Are we suppose to buy this ? I don't know. Surely part of it is true, but the not-100%-pure Sam sure plays a part in there as well. It's hard to see Sam act like that when we've seen him so "innocent and pure" in the Season1 and even S2. Sam trying to act more like Dean... be more like his big bro, his role model... his hero. It's a shame though he doesn't realize there's more to Dean than just that Tough no Hesitation side. Can't he see past the wall ? Surely by now he must know that inside that cold armour lies a marshmallow heart... Doesn't he realize that getting one without the other leads to bad news ? Why didn't Dean defend himself better and lecture him a bit more ? Oh yeah the whole knives-inside-me part... MrK, that issue needs to be reassessed... it needs some further clarification. But I guess in the end... that motel scene was great... poor Sam. As much as the Car scene felt wrong (for what Sam was saying), the motel one fell in place. Even if I believe Sam didn't the whole Dean picture, you could feel that it was tearing him apart to admit this and that even if it was against his nature, he had to act more "heartless"... - I am very disappointed that before leaving to get the witches, Sam didn't have a comforting word for his brother. I wasn't expecting a hug and a speech, but maybe just a shoulder squeeze and a "hang on Dean"... that would have been more like Sam and Dean would definitely have done that... I guess I'm too chick-flick sensitive emotional when it comes to Dean !! Sorry. LOL
- I loved to see angry Sam facing the witches. And good he didn't barge in and killed them cold-blooded, which would definitely have put an end to the spell on Dean. Guess he hasn't reached that level yet !!
- Sam's face when Amanda mentioned the low mortgage rate... excellent !!! We got Dean's WTF face quite a lot, but Sam's one... irreplaceable. LMAO
- Funny how Sam got off to save Dean and in the end once again it's Dean who saves the day... Guess once a hero always a hero.. Poor Sam didn't get much to do or say once he was pinned to the wall... more like embeded in it actually !! ouch...

THE COVEN :
Once again I think the casting team did a great job with the additional cast. Not once have I been disappointed by the side actors (ok maybe twice) and I'm sure not gonna start here. Amanda, Elizabeth and Renee were really good. Annoying just as needed and totally freaked out when needed !!
- I love how they kept making close caps on Renee to lure us into thinking she was the head of the coven.
- Renee Van Halen ??!!! LMAO "Should I spell it for you ?!!" Hell bless the Supernatural Writers !! LOL. I love you all !
- Elizabeth was really good... felt bad she had to die after saving Ruby...
- Tammy(i) made a great Demon... she plays evil just like Meg did... naturally. Hehe. (KC... watch and learn ;) ). Nice she got to tell us a bit more about that other Demon rising and where Sam fitted in the bigger picture. Major plot/arc info here. Those are scarce enough to appreciate them for their true value.

Random facts :
- why did the bathroom door close and locked itself... there was no way Amanda knew to get it closed at that moment and reopened once Janet was dead. Or else, why didn't Paul get locked inside his car ?
- we got a scene in the car !!! WOW !! Probably coz it was raining for the shot and they had to improvise that !! :lol:
- I am never eating again before, during or right after a Supernatural episode. It was just gross... really... Haha. Did you ever realize how those small noodles actually looked like worms ?? Really bad timing... *yuk*
- We finally got Mullet MUSIC back and used very wisely. God I've been waiting for that... we had the "Hell's Bells" and a bit in Sin City but that's about it. About time I'd say !!
- The slashing wrists scene really looked totally fake for the 3 first slashes (the 3 last looked better)... I got accustomed to better than that FX people. Sorry. And there should have been way more blood by the time Sam and Dean got there... about 3L more...
- How the Hell did Dean get back to Sam since they always stay in some far isolated deserted motels !! It's a miracle grand theft auto has never been added to their criminal record. Unless Ruby gave him a "lift" ? LMAO.
- Nice to know that a Demon can exorcise another Demon... strange though. And she didn't even need a DT ;)
- Loved the music in the final scene. Did I mention how much I loved that scene !! LOL

OK I think I'm done now if anyone is still reading this. Thanks for getting this far and sorry, but I guess that's what Supernatural does to me !!

OK...
Not sure where I should start. As happy as I was to get my Supernatural back after the brilliant finale from last season, I wasn't sure what to expect this year.
Having learned pretty early about the addition of the new character and not convinced by it, I admit I was a bit reluctant to see how it turned out.

What did I feel about it :

1- Katie Cassidy's name appearing before Jim Beaver's one in the opening credit was a Major Shock and a really bad surprise. I know it's a question of contract but that doesn't help the feeling.

2- I loved the Teaser. "The Road so far" opening trailer with "Hell's Bells" was Gorgeous, a piece of art and almost perfect. I loved the previous "Carry on my Wayward Son" one, but I was and still am thrilled by that one. I think, looking back that it was the best part of the epi.
The new "Supernatural" opening title is great. Exit the fire, welcome the Demon Cloud... did you notice it's like a Demon's hands is trying to grab you. Amazing. Definitly better than the Fire. Go FX Crew !!!

3- Dean : Dean is always Dean. One year left to live, Soul sold to Hell, little brother highly upset... No matter what, he can still jump from goofy to all business in the sec. Once again he had some of the best lines of the ep (What's in the box - Hey! bleeding here... ) and brings the comic relief. I'm not sure that was what I was expecting thought (especially at the begining of the ep), not with the nerve wrecking finale we had before that. And it's supposed to be just 5 days after that one. Too much too soon I'd say.
Then, even if I can totally understand that it had to go down like that and that somehow Dean has always had trouble keeping something from Sam, I was disappointed that he already reveals the exact term of the Deal to Sam... the no weaseling out of it part... I think it could have added a little something between the 2 - not that they really need anything more that is, but still...
And yes dean, you ARE entitled to it.

4- Sam : Sammmy... 1st, you should know better than to enter a room like that especially knowing what is going on inside, unless you really are innocent and naive. Then I think it's nice that you are willing to wait in the car searching books to help you brother, but then what ? 5 days and you give up because of his attitude ? WOW way to show support there. I would have expected you to hold on a bit more than that. Disapointment here. Other than that... not much... not a sammy epi.

5- Bobby : Bobby Bobby Bobby... man do I HEART BOBBY !!! I've always been a Bobby fan and am so glad we'll get to see more of him this season. Do we get a capless Bobby there ??? Oh yes !! And in a suit might I add !!! Thank you for that. :)
Who else but Bobby can make his point by saying nothing. Not a word, and yet everything is said... Dean knows to get back to business, Sam knows the war is far from won... And then when he raises the voice it's to get straight to the point, always classy (for an ex con man that is) and there is not much to reply when he's done. Way to make your point Bobby !! YAY !!

6- The Demons : The 7 sins... what a great idea and so much to be done with it, about it, around it... yet it felt short. What a waste of a brilliant topic IMO. MrK, you and your team came up with a top idea. My question is why use it in the premiere where other major issues had to be brought up and where therefore cuting the screen time possibly given to that story ?? I'm sure you could have made more out of it later in the season and I sure was expecting more from it. So you still have my trust, my support and everything I can give you, but I was again disappointed here. You just had time to barely scratch the subject of the Sins... waste. And then these were supposed to be some super duper hyper powerful Demons and in 3 min they're all wasted... WOW... sure the Ruby Blade was quite a help but still, that was a bit easy. I think Dean didn't even get thrown into a wall this time !! And God knows that's your all time favourite action (not that I should complain - flying Dean is a must !! lol ).
So yep I liked these Demons and think they would have deserved to be treated better.

7- Isaac & Tamara : it's always nice to stumble upon other hunters ans why not a couple. they totally worked for me. Now add the fact that I dig the english accent and Tamara was almost perfect. But then like most of the supporting actors we see and appreciate (Sarah, Missouri..) ... chances are we'll never hear from her again... too bad. I know we will get to see some old friends back in the game this season though. :)

8- Ruby aka "The Blonde": the worst part I saved for last. I see you coming and start saying that I didn't like her because she's a chick and it's jealousy... jajaja... blablabla... and I have a prejudgement from this summer's fuss around her... Not the case. I admit I was opposed to that addition first. Then I asked to see how she would be added and what purpose she might serve. OK so now my problem is that one :
* the Ruby character seems really interesting and is gonna bring some new developments later. Please MrK just use her wisely and don't over do things, because that's what I'm afraid of...
* the way Ruby was introduced to us : I know a lot of the previously skeptical people loved it. I did not. The 1st appearance got me "WTF ???" (for the actress) What is that look supposed to mean ? Come on girl, try again. The 2d appearance got me wondering what the purpose of it was... Ok, let's follow Sam, get closer and then just disappear when I get too close... again "WTF ??" (for the writers). The 3rd appearance got me another "WTF ??" (for both actress and writers - add casting director at this point) I mean it was so cliché "I'm the girl who saved your a$$" ??? Couldn't you guys come up with something better than that... seriously ? Barge in - slash - pick a 2cent line - cya - vanish. OK it sets the I can disappear and I can slaughter points but where is the style there ? About the acting... I know it's not my job, I'm no professional, not saying I'd have done better, but you know what actually I might have done better. I took martial art course and I didn't buy it. What the look on her face, the way she barges in the room... not convincing. Now I'm not stupid, I know it was her first scenes and that since it started she got some proper training - I hope she paid good attention and that she's a serious "student" because that's needed. See I'm not all mean and stuck in my judgment : girl you get another chance, but you'd better not blow that one ! If you do, I will have no mercy then and will fight to get my Supernatural the way I love it and that had me convinced so far. For the moment I'll call you "the Blonde" (and I can with no offence meant, since I am blonde myself - did I hear someone say that it explained a lot of things ??!!) and that until you can convince me that you are up to the role you were given and deserve to be called Ruby.

I know that review may have sounded harsh. I guess it was. I was expecting a lot for this season premiere and although it is a good omen for the rest of the season, the episode got me disappointed. Maybe I was expecting too much and MrK and his team got me used to excellency... Maybe my judgment was clouded by the Rubella Summer story... Maybe it's just not what I hoped for.

Whatever it was, I still think overall it was a good episode. I enjoyed watching it. Problem is, I think most of the pleasure I got was from goofy-Dean and amazing-Bobby... and I know amazing-Bobby is not gonna be around all the time and goofy-Dean is not something we want to get too much of. So I'm left now, not knowing what to expect next time... and THAT's a BIG Issue that should not exist at this point.

What to say about SUPERNATURAL ?
WOW... OMG... AMAZING... Talking about it is not enough, you HAVE to see it to believe a show can be That good.
What makes it that good? We could talk about the writing, the Evil Creator Kripke, the stories, the acting... just put all that in a shaker and add a little bit of humour, you end with the perfect cocktail.
This show will scare you a little, make you laugh, make you cry and definitely make you ask for more. Every new episode is better than the previous one. You get addicted.
Watch it seriously and soon you'll find yourselves longing to ride in a 67' Chevy Impala, with some mullet rock blasting from the radio and stopping in some weird decorated motels to play pranks on your brother, here and there chasing hot chicks and make smart-a$$ comments aka Deanism. That's what makes SN special.
Of course the storyline is about hunting evil creatures, chasing ghosts, urban legends... and being chased by pretty nasty demons. But hey why be all-serious about the job, everybody's aloud to have fun sometimes. And I sure am watching Supernatural.

WOW...
I was waiting for that episode so much. Ususally when you expect something very hard, you end up being disappointed :? Trust me on that one... there's no way to be disappointed with what Kripke left us here. That was brilliant... I can't even begin to describe how I felt watching this masterpiece. Actually I have to watch it again.
It was so intense. From the beginning 'til the end... not time to breathe... no time to think... not time to absorb all the emotion. Jensen Ackles definitely deserves to get an Emmy for that acting and Kripke an Evil-Award.
We get answers for some questions, good news but on the other hands, some new issues are brought up and the next season is so promising !! I can't wait.
You want action.. you have action.
