Fish

ok so i'm fish obsessed, here's the new guys that i got the other day

the first one is PuffBall a pearlscale fantail fish who waddles when he swims and is a greedy guts, most cute

puffball

this one is Moya a calico veil tail who hides all the time

moya

and this last one needs a name he's the smaller of the fish, not so much of a greedy guts

he's a fantail and should once he looses the bronze juvenile colouring become a blue black

new fish

so anyone any name suggestions?

Moya is obviously named after the leviathan ship in farscape, puff well he's a puffball was obvious

this guy i'm not so sure about,

they're all about an inch or so at the moment, one day they'll be as big and round as tennis balls, hard to imagine

hugs

easter drama, oh the things that happen to me

I got locked out today, dashed to go up n say hi to a friend at the dvd store, grabbed a keyring bunch and walked out of the door

(it's the kind of door you can't open from outside when it shuts even if u don't physically put in a key and lock it)

i felt on the keyring for the gate key
no key
i'd picked up my old keyring bunch in my haste
!!!

so had my neighbours and clothes hangers and wire and all sorts, tried to borrow a ladder which was too short to get to balcony as french windows not locked.
allan my 69 yr old neighbour shimmied up like a monkey
but the window jams at the bottom as landlord hasn't fixed it
so... lovely neighbours husband came along had a chat and a think and went away so my neighbour below me gave me a cup of tea, and my neighbour comes back and smashes in the two panes of glass nr the handle really gave a good job of it
and yey!!!
i'm in
would of been able to call landlord cept he's pilot and in another country phone off, and locksmiths wanted £100
don;t even have 5p let alone £100
so finally back in my flat
given my neighbour below me my spare key

so eeek
neighbour even suggested i sleep there n try it in the morning, but that caused me even more distress cause of the cat and zoe was supposed to come over, but now i'm in and zoe's coming ovver in a bit with her Wii and i'm gonna trash some zombies
weee
huge huge hugs that's my easter drama

so getting no easter eggs pales i comparison lmao

Lark Rise To Candleford

Although substantially different from the books this show follows the theme and styles and picks out the best bits to bring about a gentle and addictive story of rural england.
Passions and lives are lived tales are told and meddling and gossip abounds, it's pure heart warming television and enjoyably rich.
The story follows Laura to Candleford PostOffice run by Dorcas Lane a cousin, we see the lives of her family in the hamlet of Lark Rise from wence she came, and the village of Candlefords people their lives, trials and tribulations.
Key figures are Laura herself, her family, DOrcas Lane, Thomas Brown the Post Man, Zilla the housekeeper, Ruby and Pearl both sisters and dressmakers who love to gossip, and the manor house family Sir Timothy Midwinter and his wife Adeline. In Lark Rise we see Queenie and Twister, Caroline and Alf Arless, Laura's brother Edmund, Paxton who runs the Wagon and Horses pub and many more.
for a nice watch i reccomend this show

Kyle XY

i loved this, i was cruising tv.com for new shows and although the idea of kyle xy reminds me of john doe in many ways the set up and childlikeness and sweetness of the character sold me, as did the behaviour of the family, i am looking forward to watching more and am curious about the xy (i assume this refers to the genetic xy sequence for male)
the belly button thing denotes he wasn't 'born' ie through an umbilical cord, and the waking up in the woods suggest a deliberate experiment on interaction.
it's funny and fun and damn good so far, a mystery that doesn't involve excessive death violence or detective work..

Ugly Betty

At first you think 'ok typical cheery sitcom' then you realise its 45 minutes an episode.
It's not got canned laughter and it's quite serious
Betty is totally beleivable and u wanna stab the fashionistas in the eye with their mascara wands. One up for the Individual girl whos happy as she is. I can't rememebr what film i saw the lead guy in but hes perfect as the lost bumbling younger son of Des from neighbours whos trying to find his feet amoungst the clackers and back stabbing of the fashion world. There's twists and turns and all sorts going on and i have to say

it's fantastic!!
if you dont see it you are totally missing out on a really fun show.
I adore Bettys family, are people from Queens really like that?
Because i think i'd rather live their than a fashionable stale dry clacker life anytime. oh and the fake spanish soap is so funny.

Thumbs up for Betty!!

Very very well done to the script writer some subjects were dealt with quite sensitively especially the comments relating to Martha from the boys, and the 'culture' shock thing the doctor started going on about
Enjoyable so far though i cant see anything special in the housemistress but then he's John Smith an ordinary man shes not supposed to be our kinda dr who special.

The scarecrows are a bit irrelevant as badguy assistants if theyre all from different fields theyd all look a bit more different. Poor tardis felt very sorry for it all alone like that, nice to see the boy, whats his name he's a ood actor.
so ovrall one of the better ones of the series
in a class with smith and jones and gridlock for watchability

Doctor Who (2005)
Gridlock
Avg Score: 8.82    Total Ratings: 364    Total Reviews: 28
So the doctor goes to New New York 5 billion and 43, Martha is a bit unhappy to be taken somewhere he went with Rose. The Doctor tells us about the skies of Gallifrey. Whoopsi Martha gets kidnapped so that a car with 3 people can go in the fast lane at the bottom of all the smog. 6 years to travel 10miles. Except something lives in all those fumes, and wants to eat them!!
The Doctor meets some cute kittens and a few lovely couples. Jumps about on some cars and gets teleported to the Face of Boe by Novice Haine.
Yey Novice Haine, she's so sweet. Turns out the Gridlock people are the only ones left alive as 7 years previously everyone else died. So the Doctor saves the people in the downbelow.
Martha too, and Martha makes him tell her the truth about the timewar and Gallifrey.
I think the Doctor liked being with Martha and was looking for an excuse to not let her go. Now what reason shall he give for keeping her with him? A really fabulous episode, i enjoyed it throughly. Reccomend it as one to watch.
