This episode was an amazing season finale! It was the perfect way to end the first season! Samantha is in love! That is already something very out of the ordinary. However, there's a catch: He's small in a certain area. Miranda gets a boyfriend, who always showers after sex. His sexual acting is kind of bad, but he makes a scene at the end, which he portrays greatly! "The Gospel of Miranda!" He was hilarious! He made a Broadway play called "Showers of Shame." Haha! Skipper also returns, which is nice. Charlotte learns that Samantha thinks James may be the one, before she learns of his shortcomings, and she goes to numerous fortune tellers, who tell her she will never get married. Carrie wants to go to church with Big, but he says it is something he does privately with his mother. She spies on him, but drops a Bible off the church balcony. Big introduces Carrie as his friend to his mother, and not as his girlfriend, which upsets Carrie. They are about to take off on a vacation, when Carrie wants him to tell her that she's the one. Big cannot say it, and leaves, as Carrie stands on the sidewalk upset, but in faith that she will find the right guy.

Carrie farts in bed. She is mortified, and afraid that Mr. Big won't want her anymore. Big, however, finds it funny and laughs it off. The next day, he puts a whoopee cushion on her seat, and laughs after she sits on it. She laughs as well. Carrie's new neighbors are always having sex in the window, and all the women go over to watch. It was a very unique scene. Charlotte learns that her boyfriend is on Prozac. Miranda hasn't gotten laid in over three months, and needs to, badly. She has resorted to constantly renting Blockbuster. Samantha's yoga trainer is in to tantric celibacy, which leaves Samantha craving sex. Overall, a very good episode.

The women's friend, Laney, has a baby shower. Samantha keeps bringing up her weight, which is hilarious. The "I don't have a baby, everybody drink!" line was hilarious. Carrie may be pregnant, after not getting her period, and the baby shower is the preview... A preview of the life she didn't know if she was ready for. Miranda's outlook on Hansel and Gretel was very humorous. I loved Samantha's reaction to when Laney stole Charlotte's baby name. I love Samantha. She's so humorous. Carrie spends the entire day watching children play in the park, questioning if she will be able to do it, but gets her period on the way home. It was visible that she was upset about not being pregnant.

The women discover the wonders of The Rabbit. Miranda introduces the women to the mechanical vibrating device, which Charlotte later becomes addicted to. Samantha meets The Turtle, who she unexpectedly begins to form a bond with. Charlotte's addiction to the Rabbit was hilarious. She can't tell a decent lie, and she tells Carrie she is expecting a long distance (Trans-Atlantic) phone call when she is really going to use the Rabbit. The intervention was hilarious, especially when Charlotte hid the Rabbit behind a stuffed rabbit. "It's a vibrator, it's not like it's crack!" Priceless! I loved when Big mocked Carrie, calling her Mrs. Blatch for her fake marriage with Stanford. Stanford's grandmother was hilarious. "I love my Stanford, but you do know he's a fruit?" Haha. This is one of the best episodes of the first season, without a doubt, especially as Carrie realizes that she wants a family, something she wasn't sure about only 6 episodes earlier.

This episode was great. It seems very unlikely that all the storylines revolve around threesomes, but it is still entertaining, which makes it OK. The threesome reference with the dalmatians was cute. Miranda's sandbox dream with Carrie, Samantha, and Charlotte was funny. Then, she had another one where they make her sit in the front of a cab, and they all sit in the back. The X-Files fanatics seeking a Scully look-alike was hilarious. I loved Carrie's story about Little Kathy with magic cigarettes, which was her "idea" for a children's book when she met Barbara. Charlotte's threesome at the end was hilarious, as well as Miranda leaving the couple who really wanted the threesome.
