I became a Frances Conroy fan after I saw her work on Six Feet Under. I think the role of Ruth Fisher was made for her. She made every scene she was in a joy to watch. It is too bad she is not more reconised for her talent. She has a glow about her when she is on screen that just captivates the viewer. Some of the things she does in her work for example just a facial expression brings so much life to her characters. I really am looking foward to her upcoming projects. I will always be a fan of this brillant actress.

This show seems to be a little over my head but I am still enjoying it. I thought the pilot was awsome but then it went a little down hill. I still am enjoying this show and I think it is improving. It has a lot of telvison terms in it so many people who do not know television might find it hard to follow. For example, many people have no clue what the upfronts are or what ad placment is. I think the show has a wonderful cast. The cast actually was the reason why I tuned in and then I really liked the show so I am still watching it every week. I think it has a lot to improve on but I still think it is one of the best new shows this fall.

I was not so thrilled for the first 15 minutes of the pilot and I was even thinking of turning the channel but I decided to watch 15 more minutes just to see if it would improve. The show in fact did improve and I find myself wanting more. I wish this series would last more than 3 2-hour episodes. I also really enjoy seeing Peter Krause again on screen. I have not seen him in anything since Six Feet Under. The thing I love about this series is how cool these objects are. I mean how cool would it be to haver a key to take you anywhere in the world. I really hope the rest of this show lives up to the first episode. I think I am hooked. Too bad I can not be hooked for longer.

This is a drama about a family that owns a funeral home in Pasadena. Nate left home at 17 and returns home for Christmas. Nate’s father is killed in a car wreck on his way home. Nate decides to stay in Pasadena with his family to run the funeral home with his brother, David. Claire is a future art student that is experimenting with drugs. Ruth is their mother. The show begins every episode with a death that will in some way play into the episode. This is truly the best show I have ever seen. This show was created by the master-mind behind American Beauty.

This show has wit, spunk, and the oh, so needed pop culture references. Veronica Mars is about a girl named Veronica who lives with her dad Keith. Keith is the former mayor of Neptune, California an is know a private eye. Just like her dad, Veronica has a keen eye which leads to her great detective skills. Each season has a mystery. The first season Veronica investigated the murder of her best friend, Lily. The second season revolved around Veronica investigating a shady bus crash. This season Veronica tackles three mysteries, the first one being a serial rapist at her college. Veronica Mars is a must see and is one of the smartest shows on the tube.
