This was a fantastic episode and I think the most well written so far of season 3. THe rapist storyline got polluted with several red herrings, more than needed to throw off the viewer but it tied up rather nicely in this episode. We see Veronica strive to find out who it is and get him.

We begin with the chase. THe direction of the scene is brilliant and the music is flawless. Just the beat and the way she was running was just great. Kristen Bell did a great job and you can see the fear in her eyes , which is a hard thing to show for a lot of actors. We end with foreboding feet enetering into frame. THen we go to the credits.

We pick up 2 days earlier where a rally is taking place. Of course those chicks are going to flaunt that they got rid of the Greek System. Not for nothing it doesnt help there cause at all and makes them seem extremely juvenile. Veronica also agrees with me and notices Logan with Dick. THat was totally weird but whatever. THe break up scene was really good but I have heard better and I felt there could have been more emotion on Logans part. THe speech about pain now and later was really good. I felt so sorry for veronica but I think she was just lying to herself. Piz move in now,lol. I am praying they get together. ALso in this episode we deal with the Deans obviously shady past with... THe Mob? Maybe, I am not sure. That guy was just ugly and you can tell he definately has blood on his hands. THe Dean also is suspicious of his wife and hires Keith. I was hoping Keith would have a bigger role in helping Veronica with the rape case. BUt anyway the Dean finally finds out the truth about her and the teacher guy.

Veronica enlists Wallace, Piz and Mac to help her with the rape case. Ok I am new to the show and I already love Mac, she is great and I know fans are mad about her downplay in the season so far and I can see why, she is just great. At the party the investigation is underway and the gang separates to cover more ground. THe party is obviously full of idiots and I love V's remark to the girl Chip was talking to. THat line is priceless. ALso at the party V catches Logan talking to some chippy along with Mercer. They try to play it off as a friendly thing but lets face it LoVe is still alive and kicking somewhere in both of them. Oh, that T.A. guy made a scene about his girlfirend cheating on him and wow that guy just shot up from a 2 on the weirdo scale to a 10. ANyway Piz and Wallace make a breka through and discover a girl at the party drank GHB with alcohol. Logan offers to find her.

Sidenote: what is up with the extremely cheesy band at the party? and why was everyone enjoying them? THey must have been really drunk, they really blowed. ANyway it is later found out the cup belonged to someone else and V goes off to save her. I would of thought she would bring reenforcements, but whatever. We find out who the rapist is and it is.... Mercer. OK at first I was shocked and disgusted, then I went to a bit of anger. I mean I kinda suspected him since that incident with the cologne. ALso he has that creepy look about him,lol. He rants about how he would of gotten all those girls on their backs anyway but why waste his time. I found it kinda funny the way he was talking and everything he was saying. He also did a little dance to Fatboy Slim, I thought he was going to strip. I knew V was under the covers, not a shock. I was shocked that she didnt just taser him when he was hovering over her. No, she decides to wait and is less successful. THe struggle scene had me on the floor. I was screaming for V. I was literally panicing. It was just brutal. SHe gets slammed into the wall, her head bangs onto the floor, she gets punched. OMG my poor Veronica. SHe grabs a unicorn and stabs Mercer in the leg. THen the chase ensues and its in slow-mo. I love it and the feet belong to that also creepy R.A.

A huge and pleasant surprise. MErcer is working with Moe. I was on the floor again. Damn this episode,lol. SHe drank the tea which had GHB and she gets all fuzzy. ANd once again I was screaming at my t.v., ROb knows how to get you in the show. SHe hides in the closet and tried to reach her dad. THe suspence was killing me because she is getting weaker by the second. They come back and V whistles the Rape Whistle. It is heard. Mercer gets cornered as he is coming back. THe scene kinda went downhill when all those crappy extras came out of no where and surrounded Mercer. IT was bad and so was Moes dialogue. V is found and rescued but they let Mercer and Moe get away. THe Dean gets a visit by a mystery person which sets up the second mystery. Not for nothing I really dont care who shot him, I much rather him alive because even though I couldnt care less about his murderer I did like his character. Yeah I know weird but who cares.

Keith finds Mercer and Moe. THe removal of the horn was just gross. I was hoping KEith would shoot them both but alas he doesnt. Logan will get the privelage of punching the hell out of Mercer.

Overall a rather fantastic episode. A nice conclusion to the rapist mystery and a good set up for the rest of the season. ALthough the revelation of the rapists was good, it raises a lot of questions in my mind but then again I am just overly skeptical. Cant wait for hiatus to be over.

Continuing in their recent rehash of old things, the writers have decided to go the way of Barara Eden. THe writing was pretty good which is more than I can say for the effects.

We begin with Phoebe barging into the Bay Mirror and running into Chris. We learn he is trying to pinpoint his conception date but knows it is this month. I swear this kid should be placed in school because he messed up big time and now is scrambling to fix it. Two bones to pick: THe way Chris refers to his parents conceiving him is totally disgusting and vulgar for their own child to say."Screw?" ANd secondly Phoebe did hit on you but maybe you decided to block that out because total ewww. SHe is reluctant to help him and I would be too. THis scene shifts tones when she gets a vision of some lady begging for mercy. Over in the "Middle East" P and C investigate the scene. Two sword armed men come in and Phoebe throws potions on them. I guess demons have a different dress code in Egypt. A terrible flying carpet comes in and Feebs throws a potion. THat thing is so bad, the effects crew should have been fired. THere are no words to describe how revolting that effect was. THey make up for it when Phoebe rubs the bottle a pink tornado appears to reveal a genie.

We pick up with major bickering. Phoebe doesnt want the genie, CHris wants Piper home and Leo wants to send CHris home. GIve it up, go up to Elderland and stay there. Leo orbs away, thankfully, but CHris wants to follow him. Phoebes wishes he wouldnt. Ok that was an easy slip up, I will let it slide. Paige comes home in a rather disgusting ensemble. WHats with the green thing,Rose? Richy Rich is putting spells on her. SHe is thrown into this absolutely beautiful black evening dress and her hair is up. I have seen this dress before, Oh its the dress used for the promos shots this season. Rose looks stunning and I wish she would always where an evening gown because she works it like theres no tomorrow. ANyway Phoebe gets stuck with the Genie.

Over at Grease Monkey Apt. Piper and Him are macking. It is vomit inducing. SHe gets pulled away by Chris. Paige tries to deal with Richy Rich but its futile. THe guy is like Cole the Second. Over at the manor The demon with the carpet bursts through the windows. I have to admit that was a pretty good shot. Phoebe wishes genie free and who would have thought the chick was evil. She is one of my favorite characters, well demon characters. SHe flies away but CHris got the bottle. WHo is in it? Phoebe naturally.

Her outfit is quite nice compared to other crap she has been in. Chris is her master, which sounds very wrong. SHe has this wicked cool blue tornado effect. Leo decides to ruin the scene with his suspicion of Chris. WIsh him dead please. He does wish for Leo to forgive Chris. Phoebes hand movements are close to the original Genie from the show but not exactly. Jinny regroups and wants to find the lost magical city she previously mentioned. Paige tries again to deal with Richy Rich but fails.

Chris wants to wish his parents to sleep together but Phoebe thinks its wrong,as do I. She does it but since they are tricksters, they actually fall asleep. CHris is furious and sends Phoebe in the bottle. LAter on CHris uses this to his advantage to make the Grease monkey leave her alone. Its a cute scene but whatever. An extremely impressive fight scene takes place. Jinny and her band of idiots shimmer in. Paige and CHris fight. Its choreographed nicely and the effects are impressive. People are flying around like crazy. Paige does her orbing thing and traps Jinny but RIchy Rich gets the bottle. Phoebe knocks the bottle over and tornadoes out. I thought they had to be rubbed or commanded out of the bottle. Richy Rich is going bonkers. Paige makes a stripping potion for RIchy Rich ANd orbs over to his house. Alyysa Milano is hilarious as a genie and really shines through on her comedic genius. Rich knocks Paige out. At the manor Jinny freed herself and threatens CHris. Its very intense but not for nothing couldnt he have just sent her flying with his power. Jinny gets the bottle but before that RIchy Rich wished Phoebe free and now he is a genie. Jinny wishes the Charmed Ones dead and I was floored. THat blew me away. Just the way she delivered that line was insane. Drew Fuller graces us with his impressive acting skills and I mean that. He did a great job with this scene. He is crying and his voice is cracking, so emotional, I got teary also. Leo somehow heard Pipers cry for help which I guess is the writers way of saying "THeir love is transcendent" which stopped Jinnys wish. THey dont move on which helps them fight Jinny.

Wrap up: Phoebe and Paige haunt Jinny. Phoebe enters Jinny and wishes her back in the bottle. Now I would have thought that would have trapped Phoebe also but I guess not. RIchard saves the day in a way. THe effect scene of Zanbaar rising was ok. Not the best thing but not worse than those flying carpets. RIchy RIch decided to take the potiona nd he is out of the show for good. CHris gets pissy but Feebs reassures him that there is a lot of love between those two.

I totally loved this episode mainly because I loved the legend and I felt the writers did it justice. Of course they molded it to their own liking but I really enjoyed this episode.

We start off with Piper getting her ear talked off by those Devil Soccer Moms. I seriously hate them and I was wishing through the entire scene Piper would either freeze the chick or blow her up. SHe doesnt do anything instead she actually delves into what she is saying. THe scene is saved by Phoebe and Paige coming. Phoebe looks relatively nice whereas Rose should have thought about that lipstick. ANyway these girls are neurotic to the fullest. Phoebes issue is one most females go through but last time I checked the biological clock thing happens late 30s and Phoebe is late 20s. Paige wants to save Richy Rich and Piper is worried about Wyatt. Almost on cue he orbs out and none of those soccer moms catch this. Turns out the Manor Sisters recently built a door in the staricase. Well its actually a portal to Magic School. WHen it opens some nerd cuts his head chopped and of course the censors have them cut out a second before the blade hits the neck. THe head is still alive and Piper and Phoebe gawk.

Next scene Feebs is carrying the head and Paige orbs in with Leo, Damn. Apparently these two have met. TOdays case: Crack the mystery behind who let the Horsman out of the book. I also enjoyed this episode because it had a detective feeling to it. THey go to the School which is like a Hogwarts rip off but atleast we wont have to constantly deal with annoying rugrats running around the joint. Feebs sees a wolf and everyone sees a poorly done special effect with a girl flying across the floor. Over at the Main Hall the sisters meet Gideon who supposedly has all met them which goes against everything relating to Paige we have learned. Her birth was a secret but anyway I totally like British guys and this one can act. He separates the sisters.

Piper: SHe is sent off to investigate the school and witness magical kids in their own environment. SHe sees what she doesnt WYatt to be in so her journey is pretty pointless because she is the "nromal" sister. HEr journey gets cut short when her head gets cut off. OK I always thought Piper was the smartest out of the bunch but I guess everyone has their days. SHe just stands there and waits for the blade to hit her.
Phoebe: SHe is suppose to follow the wolf which of course means talk like a baby until it appears. HEr journey is quite intriguing and she finds out a lot about the future. The whole vision quest thing was very cool and we find out there is a demon free future and Piper has another kid. Well duh. If you didnt figure that out episodes ago then maybe you should be in 3rd grade. BUt there is a downside to this: Phoebe from this episode on becomes baby centric which isnt a bad thing just, at times, annoying.
Paige: SHe becomes a teacher and learns to help people. Yeah whatever with that.

THe action in this eppy is very nicely done. I felt the scene with the horseman in the manor was a great scene. But this episode had to have a bad scene. Leos confrontation with CHris in the bedroom was horrible. Keep talking like that Brian maybe you will get fired. Only Milano does the teeth talking thing and if you steal it she will fire you, ha. WHile her sisters are off trying to track down the conjurer, Pipers head gets stolen. CHris gets Phoebe to help with the investigation. SHe figures out who the conjurer was. I was extremely surprised, I had no idea it was him. Did not see that coming at all. THis shock totally won me over. THe girls try to retrieve her head but instead lose theirs. ANd once again no one does anything. Milano makes this weird hand gesture and ROse does something stupid. I was screaming orb the hell out but no, they lose their heads. Zack impersonates Paige and sends Gideon flying across the manor. Sidenote: Leo can now orb a whole bunch of people with out saying anything.

THe humor is fantastic, especially Pipers one liners. THey conjure the horseman. THey do the same thing from the Premiere which I still have no clue as to why that works. THey cast a spell and the explosion was very nice. Phoebe gets all touchy with her body, but I must say her outfit this episode kicks ass. THey get all Lifetime on Zacks ass and totally make him believe the crap they believe now. I am all for normality and if you want it you should have it. Let the kid do what he wants.

Wrap up: Phoebe gives little bits about their respective futures. SHe corners CHris and makes him spill. Now we have to worry about him being conceived. This kid can not do anything right.

After ten episdoes of trying to figure out who CHris is, we finally get some solid information on his background. I thought this episode was written extremely well but the acting was off in some places.

We begin at P3 where the girls are discussing their lives. Piper is dating a fireman which is totally offbase for Piper. THey make some stupid jokes some really dirty for its timeslot but then again this show is always pushing those buttons. THe scene is surprisingly saved when CHris walks into frame. Piper goes to see what his deal is. A leather clad chick is waiting for CHris, he seems to know her. SHe grabs his heart but Piper blasts her. But she isnt dead and she seems really determined.

At the manor Paige is searching for the tattoo on the leather girls wrist. Not exactly the best thing drawn but it will do. I wonder why Piper is not searching the book because she actually saw it. Chris continues to lie his butt off but these people are so damn persistent. He leaves the attic and everyone left begins to wonder what his deal is, like him lying is new, come on now. PAige and Phoebe leave Piper to do the work but Piper has plans also, shock there. Oh look its a grease monkey at the door. Ok casting people, Piper wouldnt date a fireman and even if she did she wouldnt date someone who looked like that. THat guy is totally for Paige but anyway she goes with the monkey and Leo is left castrated, ha.

CHris looks at his chest and has a flashback, well actually a flash forward. It looks like a wartorn San Fran, the buildings are falling apart,etc. CHris is with the leather girl. SHe is, of course, tackily dressed in a horrible micromini and red shirt. If thats the fashion in 20 some odd years then kill me now. THey talk about stupid crap and the "man" who is after them. We all know who it is so stop with all the mystery. Chris seems angry and just wants to go through with his plan.

Cut to the present where Paige orbs in from Richards. Leo somehow got book duty and found out who the tattoo belongs to. Its actually Phoebes tattoo gang from the future. Totally kidding, they are Phoenixs, hired badasses. Piper walks in, tired but not from "that", which is a disappointment for Paige. Seriously Paige seems to be getting enough for everyone in the house. ANyway they go off to deal with Phoenixs. Phoebe is getting advice from Elise. She wants Phoebe to move to Hong Kong. Ok I am all for Elises advice but come on. SHe makes it seem ok for women to be codependant on their men. People shouldnt have to move to another country to stay in love. Phoebe ponders the thought. Piper and Paige go over to mama Phoenix. SHe gets hostile and flings an energy ball, Piper blows her up but they discover they dont die. CHris gets attacked by Bianca again but gets out.

Bianca is furious. THe sisters try to unlock Chris' past, Phoebes power apparently can work now. I am guessing Biancas mojo is taking the potion out of him too. FLashforward: THe Manor is now some type of museum. WHat the hell? THis was an extremely stupid idea but whatever. I guess exposing magic in the future is ok now. I am guessing Wyatt killed the Cleaners too. The Manor museum is filled with old costumes. C and B scatter off into the basment to wait. OK this sex scene could have worked provided Drew and this chick had chemistry. Present Bianca works a spell and the girls get sidetracked.

ANother flashforward: CHris and Bianca sneak intot he attic to call upon the book. He needs to moonlight as the sisters whitelighter and save the future. He calls the book and casts the spell, demons come but Bianca kicks some butt and CHris goes into the past. Present time Piper leaves and Leo kicks kicked in the face, I was cracking up. B takes C.

Over at Backdraft station Piper and the monkey are taking forever to get to the good stuff, thankfully. LEo somehow made a potion to wake the girls up from the spell. Piper seems shocked that the spell made her want that and so was I. SHe isnt Paige or Phoebe. Actually scratch that I dont think he is sexually appealling to anybody on this show. Over at Richards, Paige and Richard are actually making out like people who have chemistry. B and C chat about the future and how Bianca became super biatch. CUt a few minutes when the sisters come. Fantastic scene: Piper throws the potion but Bianca flings her knife and shimmers out, Piper freezes the knife but Bianca SHimmers ina nd holds the knife to Pipers throat. OMG so fricking intense. THat scene was filmed beautifully and edited nicely. QUestion: Bianca knew CHris popped out of her so why even threaten to kill her. We find out CHris is like Paige which is a huge shout out to the viewers. In the future CHris meets Wyatt who apparently is a gym rat who doesnt use conditioner.

CHris and Wyatt chat about betrayal and all that stuff meanwhile THe sisters are trying to save Chris. THey figure out CHris gave them a hint about the squeaky floorboard. SIbling rivalry takes place int he future. BUt before that I hate the fact the writers are making Wyatt into some sort of demigod who seems to rule the world. If CHris wanted to stop this kid from being all powerful he should went back alittle earlier to stop Wyatt from being born on that special day back in season 5. In any event Wyatt is beating up his little brother. This is another great scene. Supernatural smackdowns are great. CHris gets his powers back while Bianca gets kicked into a stick. Its actually pretty gruesome. SHe slowly dies and CHris goes back to the past. THe scene between them as she is dying is a fantastic scene and both act incredibly well.

In the present Piper scolds Chris like a true parent would. He cant spill the beans just yet. He threatens Wyatt about stopping him but Wyatt looks at him with this face that says "come any closer I will send you into another world."

Piper makes the insane decision to let Phoebe and Paige move out and see what happens. I know how that will turn out, come on Piper. ANyway a well written episode with some flaws. Its one of the best of season 6 but not as good as a lot of people make it out to be. THe action is great and Drew really acted the hell out of it. THe following episodes are the downfall of season six, skip to the episodes that aired during February sweeps.

I was very surprised when I first saw it and I still am when I rewatch it. THis is one of the standouts of season six. It has drama, suspence and a lot of action.

We begin with the doomed couple of traveling nonstop macking in a restaurant. Paige eventually comes along to pull Phoebe but not before Phoebe channels Jasons love and blurts it out loud. CLassic moment but I could have done without that cheesy teeny bopper recond scratching effect, what was that? ANyway Piper is in trouble. A fight ensues, Phoebe and Paige get sent flying and land on a conveniently placed mattress. Piper tries to blow the thing up but fails. Paige orbs a wire and that blows it up. I dont know how the thing went through the demon but whatever. More importantly a demon baby was left behind with a creepy snake like tongue, should be a fun episode.

We pick up with the girls trying to figure out what to do with the demon baby. Aside from it being cute CHris wants to vanquish it. He thinks its a threat against Wyatt. And its by this episode that I remembered that whole threat storyline got played out. He constantly said it yet we knew why he was there. Its like a bike saying "I am here for you to exercise with." BUt anyway this leads to a very ethical conversation not seen before. Its handled greatly and the writer thought it out. Not that I am saying the writers arent intelligent its just we have never delved into what makes a baby turn into a demon, which goes hand and hand with WYatt also. Paige thinks its nurture but CHris and Piper a drop thinks its nature. I dont really know where to interject because really it depends on the kid/animal. CHris goes to get reenforcements, Piper gets stuck with the kid, Phoebe goes to deal with Jason and Paige goes to help the totally useless Darryl.

Its a very chatty episode. I am all for love problems because it makes the sisters seem more human other than super powerful chicks but I rather see Jason go out the door,lol. Phoebe goes to the office where she barges in on a meeting. NOt for nothing this guy is so wrapped up in his professional life I am shocked he has time for Phoebe, I would have dropped him already. In any case Phoebe fumes when she learns he is off to Italy, to sign something or whatever I dont care. I want my dear Phoebe with a boyfriend who is actually around. Paige goes to help the idiot and casts a spell on him. I so don't care about Darryl even more than JAson and that says a lot. Ill sum this up, the spell makes he impervious to bullets and superstrong. Of course he gets all cocky but soon realizes he rather be whimpy, waste of money this character.

CHris gets Leo but you know Piper is going to win this fight. WOmen always win on this show, duh, especially when you have dweeb Leo and semidweeb CHris. Phoebe walks in and rants about JAson, sweetie dump his ass already. SHe tries to take Wyatt away from the demon baby but he unleashes this unearthly cry. Its rather impressive. THe beast shimmers in and pimpsmacks Phoebe half across the attic and into Piper. That was a fantastic shot. I love when people get sent flying around the house. Wyatt protects the demon and the beast takes Piper. That scene was edited very nicely.

Paige comes in and unleashes her knowledge of hostage situations. Yeah hi you didnt pick that up from anyone, thats common knowledge, anyone can figure that out. THe fantastic duo orb in and make duh faces over the previous events. I am totally ragging on CHris because the writers have decided to make him and Leo chummy for todays episode. ANyway Leo orbs Wyatt to CLoud Land.

Piper is tied to a stair post and trying to reason with the demon. Holly is totally great when its one on one with demons, so much confidence. ANyway she does this really cool thing where she blows up the rope and then something behind the demon and the scene fills with dust. THe door has a forcefield. SHe uncovers some pics of a human with some baby toys. We eventually find out he turned himself into a beast to get his son back. THis is where I had to deduct one point. Manticores take humans to blend in with society but how the hell did they get him. THere was no reference to the manticores knocking humans out or anything. Its a rather large plothole but other than that the episode flows nicely.

Over at pimpsmack manor, Phoebe is yelling at Jason over the phone and slowly waking up the demon baby. He unleashes his cry again and manticores come. Paige gets hit first and then Phoebe. THese hits look really painful. ANyway the beast comes and rips out a heart, totally disgusting but cool. He takes the baby. Credit must be given to the makeup team this beast is creepy and the makeup is very nice, even his feet are demonized. In any event Piper teams up with the beast to save his son and the other P's help the manticores, I smell a smackdown.

They get Piper and beat the hell out of the beast, poor guy. They orb back too late and he reverts to his human self. He is not a bad looking guy. Leo heals him and makes a reference to being a dad first. We get a shot of CHris smiling at that and if that wasnt a huge clue for the viewers then I dont know what is. SMackdown, I told you. THe P's orb to the cave and vanquish the manticores. THe explosions are much more elaborate in this episode, must have been a few extra thousand dollars in the bank this week. THey get the kid and bring him to dad. Ok I really thought this guy was going to be a love interest for Piper. THey have more chemistry between them then Leo and Piper when we were in season 4. A fine days work in the Halliwell Manor and a very impressive episode.
