Well with E3 cutting down the attendance,half nude girls and glamour. The most important things were always the games which seemed the same. Each three companies showed their "Killer App" title. Sony and Microsoft each kinda had 2-3 each had GTA IV. Microsoft had PGR 4 and Halo 3 they also showed Halo Wars all three are Xbox360 exclusives. PGR 4 showed off the new vehicle class-motorcycles which really surprised me at first i kinda went "Well that sucks" but i guess it will be cool now... The new Halo 3 trailer was released which showed campaign mode. Halo Wars still getting unfair treatment. Too Human also is a 360 exclusive. Sony revealed a pretty much the same PSP. Yes it is thinner but it is for all purposes the same. Sony had Home work into everything pretty nicely. Sony did the best i thought with another Metal Gear Solid 4 trailer some news on a new Ratchet and Clank game. A Gears of War like Killzone 2 trailer. As for the Big N they didn't really WOW everyone with trailers IMO. They did give Mario Kart Wii and dated Super Mario Galxay and Super Smash Bros. Brawl which are three games that might make me actually play my Wii again. Oh yeah Nintendo also keeps on with them Wii games (Wii Sports,Wii Play) now with Wii Fit now this really ain't gonna even gonna be tracked right now by me it just don't look appealing to me.

Post E3: Sony dis-continuing 60GB PS3 soon. Bad call yea its gonna be around for a little longer but that was just stupid it sells good then you kill it.

Still playing Forza 2 and Guitar Hero 2. Played Oblivon a little today. Ain't played nba06 in a while might go back to MAdden or Saint's Row soon. Beat Midway.

Forza Motorsport 2 Xbox 360 Exclusive

PGR 3 might have been the first great racer racer for the 360 followed by NFS:Most Wanted Dirt and now Forza 2. PGR 3 has about 80 cars. Forza 2 offers alot more! PGR 3 offered 22 events (probaly about 50-60 races) Forza again offers more. But i'll stop comparing PGR 3 and Forza 2. Forza 2's awesome looking graphics keep you going ahhhhh and ahhhh and ooooo. Great sound. But no in car view and only one view with a rear view mirror. Other than that Forza 2 is a great game!Pre-review score:9.3

Guitar Hero 2 Xbox 360 also on PS2

Guitar Hero 2 brings the former PS2 exclusive to the 360. It makes a great debut. A few bonuses that were on the PS2 are on here too. The gameplay and graphics and pretty much everything is the same on the PS2. GH2 brings same console mp and Xbox Live mp to the game. Buy this game!!! You'll like an idiot but who cares. Good party game. Pre-review score: 9.0

NBA Live 06 Xbox 360 also on Xbox & PS2

EA Sports' released this 2 years ago (duh) but it was $15 bucks and i couldn't resist so i picked up. Yeah the rosters aren't updated but i just bought it to play. Ain't that what video games are for. Graphics are good same as 07 and 08. Gameplay is ok no carrer mode. Pre-Review Score: 7.6

Well usually the summer sucks for gamers (if u want new games) but this has been pretty good games like The Darkness and Forza Motorsport 2 have already came out this summer. Plus if you include late September in summer Halo 3 is out. Plus all the sports games and Need For SpeedroStreet. 2K Games will release a few of their sport titles (All Pro Football 2K8 and NBA 2K8). So all of this great games add up to about $500 dollars from now to October 1st. You could just wait til this winter and hope to find them used which that's about $5-$10 off. The 360 and PS3 i think will start their battle for the throne this summer. Don't get me wrong the Wii has some good games (Warioware,Excite Truck) but the 360 and PS3 both have Oblivion. The 360 has Gears of War,PGR 3,Guitar Hero 2, Forza 2. The PS3 is getting some good games like Heavenly Sword and Lair. Nintendo missed out in the last gen with their Gamecube due to no online and no DVD support. 360 and PS3 both play regular DVD's (plus 360 can download movies) and next gen DVD's (blu ray works on PS3 and there is a drive avilable for the 360 that plays HD-DVD). The Wii as far as i know cannot play DVDs at all. 360 and PS3 can download oringal and classic games. Wii can download classic games but no oringal games. The Wii does have WiiConnect24/7 but only one game (Pokemon Battle Revolution) has online play. The 360 has Xbox Live and the PS3 also has online play. There are still about 4-6 years left in this gaming generation. The PS3 has its ups and downs. Its ups are the 60GB hard drive,the PS Network,the connectivity between the PS3 and the PSP,great graphics. The downs are lack of good games (right now),expen$ive. So like the Gamecube i don't think the Wii will be on the throne or even in the war for the throne but unlike the Gamecube i think the Wii will stay in the fight alot longer.
